COMPLETE SCAM, USES DELAY TACTICS
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IF YOU'VE ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER, CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION ASAP.
Ordered from them Dec 19, said they would ship, but it would be delayed due to festive seasons. OK fair enough. Reasonable enough.
Fast forward to mid Jan, they ask me for the equivalent of US SSN instead of my customs code. Again, could be an innocent mistake, so I send them my customs code. They ask AGAIN for my ID number (US SSN) and I tell them again that that is not required, and they acquiesce.
Then mid Feb they send me a tracking number from China to my country. OK, still plausible. Weeks go by, nothing. I check back, tracking number says returned to sender. I email them, and they claim it was because of a mismatch between my name and customs code, which is impossible. They say they will re-ship the item. Again, weeks of nothing. I email back, they say they are still processing the order. I wait another 2 weeks, and am finally fed up completely and ask for a refund. They told me they will have to "stop the shipment with their shipping partners before cancelling my order" despite me never having received a tracking code for the second shipment.
I highly suspect that they are a complete scam, and use delay tactics to make you miss the window of time you have to file a dispute with the credit card companies (110 days).
DO NOT BUY. And again, if you've placed an order already, CALL YOUR CARD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY. I was informed by my card company that I'm just barely within the 110 day window, so they'll be able to file a dispute. Hopefully I'll be able to get my refund. If not, it's not a huge loss, but still annoying nonetheless.
