The product itself - a present for my grandson - looks of good quality but expensive for a tee shirt. Price did not include postage, packing and delivery; that was an extra £6.99 Initially, received a message to say the parcel on it's way (DHL) and could be tracked via link. Tracked parcel most of the day - no delivery. We had to wait in as apparently required a signature. No apology. Waited a second day (lunch out cancelled). Again, link to track parcel - absolutely useless. So frustrating! Eventually delivered, dumped on doorstep by person in an unmarked van, no signature asked for. DHL website rubbish. First and last time I shall use this online store.

So easy to navigate the website. I placed my order on Saturday 5th Sept and it arrived on Tuesday 8th, 3 days earlier than the delivery date given. The box was damaged however the boots inside were not. I would definitely order from here again.

Ordered at 20.05p[m Wednesday 8th Sept. and getting delivered Thursday 9th Sept late afternoon.
It doesn't get much better than that !!!!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely awful retailer. I’ve never ordered from them before but has a coat ordered as a gift for my bday. By the time I opened and tried on the coat was way too big (their sizes are WAY off), they offer no exchange on their products for smaller sizes. I emailed on the 28th day to confirm I can return and get a smaller size. Response was extremely dismissive and seems to be an AI response, no alternative resolution offered and was only just out the dates. Would never recommend ordering from here, can see a lot of other bad reviews and can completely understand why. First and last time ever ordering from Flannels.

Size was terrible my husband is size 10 which I ordered and it’s clearly the wrong size and I have to pay for the privilege to return them. I will never order from this company again!!

Bought new trainers, had both my size and the colour I wanted along with a discount which was great.
Definitely worth looking on line at Flannels!

Order the wrong size the first time and they change them for me, done again month later and they said I had to get a refund and then order again !! Waste of time

I ordered these shoes, and they were just delivered. As soon as I opened the package, I noticed some dirt on the back of one of the shoes. I’m not sure how it happened.

I’ve had to pay £14 in total for postage for a jacket that didn’t fit! Absolutely ludicrous. My mistake that I didn’t check the returns policy but I assumed items could be returned in store. Will not be shopping here again
