Well it since 0 stars is unavailable I’ll do 1 star.. I sure wish I would have read reviews before ordering. I have called emailed texted and no response. I ordered a primo kamado and would sure like to use it. I sent messages to cancel the order and want to go elsewhere but I don’t want to do that until I confirm cancellation or that they can actually ship my grill. Did I just get scammed?

Negative stars is more accurate
If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. Ordered a piece to fix my grill almost two months ago. Klarna was the "secure" payment service and informed me I wouldn't be charged until my item shipped. Two weeks after ordering I noticed a charge. I figured that meant my item shipped and I could either expect to see it soon or would have heard some communication from flames depot with a tracking number or something. I have heard nothing and even caled/left multiple voicemails and even filled out there website email communication form and nothing. As far as I'm concerned they have stolen my money. See profile screen shot for "receipt" of something never sent to me.
Flames Depot cancelled my order
I ordered an Outdoor Greatrooms fire pit. The price was 10% off retail. I called and spoke with the representative who confirmed "they have 7 units in their warehouse." They do not accept credit cards, which should have been a big red flag. Payment was through Affirm. A week later, I get an email that the order was cancelled, the product not available. Don't waste your time.
customer service? what's that?
I placed order 2 nights ago & have a couple simple questions that I would like to be answered. I called several times yesterday, using both the "press 0" option for sales & "press 1" option for customer service. The calls were never answered at either line. I left a voicemail and sent an email, neither have been responded to yet.

The business was quick to cancel the sale after receiving this negative review. The owner then emailed me to advise of the cancellation. Had anybody answered the phone- or returned an email- to quickly answer a very simple question one of the many times I called over 2 days, there wouldn’t have been a problem. The owner blamed the lack of communication & professionalism on his running a small family business, which is exactly where I prefer to spend my money. Unfortunately, it looks like a big box retailer will get the sale this time.

Love our new grill
I purchased a Blaze grill recently. It took about 3 weeks or so to arrive. I have used it about 3 times already and my family loves it! Being able to have family time outdoors has been a blessing.

I want to appreciate the customer…
I want to appreciate the customer service I received in the beginning but the ghosting since then has left me more than disappointed. Ordered a product in Oct. 2021 and was told 4-6 weeks. Have followed up multiple times since then asking about status with no response. I see their website now says every pending order has been refunded but that is not the case with me. Trying everything I can think of to get someone to respond before reporting the charge as fraud to my bank.

Scam or the poorest way to run a business
I ordered a grill on Nov 27th and paid closed to 1700. I got an email immediately with the below details. I called them few days later and left a voicemail. I got a voicemail from them that they are processing the order. I left multiple voicemails, sent emails and tried to chat on their site to no avail. I am starting to think this is a scam. I have been patiently waiting for a response, leave about receiving the product. I have scheduled for an install earlier this month assuming that I would receive the product. I have changed the dates 3 times already and I am not sure if I would receive it anymore at this point. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and have to deal with the headache. I lost my precious time and will never do business with this company and will make sure to pass on the word to all my friends.

Owner has dropped off the face of the earth with my $$$
Ordered a power burner from this retailer and they processed my PayPal payment almost immediately. Was informed item was in stock and would be processed and shipped soon. Weeks went by and I don't have my item and it is impossible to reach the seller via phone, email, chat or text. I'm questioning the legitimacy of this site and initiated a dispute through PayPal! The site says the owner is an Air Force veteran and contains a dozen reviews from Trust Pilot which appear legit but there is a very recent 1 star rating which also describes problems with communication with the seller. I am a retired USAF veteran and I sincerely hope the seller, my brother in arms, is not running a scam site! If I receive my merchandise soon or I find out this was simply a misunderstanding, I'll adjust my review/rating accordingly. Until then I'd advise to stay clear from Flames Depot! I hope I'm wrong...

I ordered a Dimplex Revillusion on Nov .13 2021...they took payment by Credit Card.Its now Dec.14th 2021 no fireplace ,they refuse to correspond with me...I have initiated a claim with Safe buy.Colt Harwell refuses to answer any emails or phone calls.Goung to call Better Business Bureau.Looking into legal rights now...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..
They responded they disclosed issues before they took payment.That is a blatant lie.thet never did.,very poor company stay clear...
