First time I've ever ordered anything without reading the reviews never will again .l ordered 2 items, on 23rd October had a email saying were getting your order ready to be shipped not heard anything since .Im going to wait till end of November if i havnt recieved my items that I've paid for I will be contacting my credit card company

I odered 2 jackets from this company and it took 2 weeks for them to arrive. One is far too small and I have tried to arrange for a replacement and after 4 days Ive not heard anything. Their web site shows a telephone contact 24/7 - they dont even have a number to contact them on.
DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered 3 shirts on 10 October, finally received 3 November - package shipped from China. In the ad on facebook, they were described as denim, so was expecting a sturdy & durable product, but the actual material is very thin and, I suspect, not hard wearing. Would I recommend? NO

I ordered 2 x Magnetic Car Anti-snow Covers, cancelled within 2 hours as your terms say to do for a full refund, I emailed twice, all ignored, received 2 x Magnetic Car Anti-snow Covers from Chine 10 days after cancelling, they are NOT magnetic and nothing like the pictures advertising them.

I ordered goods from this company. My order was confirmed "Order flam-23057 confirmed" Swiftly they took my money......the goods have not arrived. Several emails to them have produced no result: not even one reply. I feel I have merely thrown away my money. The advert was huge on FB. It is no longer there. FB need to do their checking BEFORE accepting the advert money. Not after hundreds of their users have been scammed.

Oh how I wished I’d read the reviews before ordering! As per other reviews here DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. The item I ordered is totally misrepresented in the pictures and description. It’s is total rubbish. I thought I was ordering a bee light catcher for the window but instead I have paid £18 for a piece of solid plastic rubbish with a cheap and nasty sticker on it. I have waited well over a week for it to arrive and disappointed is an under statement. Total utter rubbish. I now fear the refund policy will be just as rubbish from what others have said but I will wait and see. Absolute con. Hopefully I can raise the concern through PayPal and get this company highlighted as a complete fraud. 😡

Same time experience as others and wish I had read reviews before ordering! Ordered some tips that took 3 weeks to arrive and when they did, to say that they were tat would be an understatement! They were so bad I actually had to laugh!

The quality is very poor to say the least and trying to return your poor purchase is not possible, they offer 50% back and you keep their poorly made bits of crap!!! There returns policy is total lies and contacting them is impossible. !!!! Do not waste your money, time and effort on this shopping site. YOU WILL BE LEFT DISSAPOINTED AND OUT OF POCKET. Still trying for a refund a month later !!!!!

Do not buy from Flameday ordered a panama hat which arrived very crumpled and would not straighten, very cheap plastic material. Tried to ring and wrote to them several times to get a returns address plus refund. They have never responded to my emails.

Ordered a brown bag. Black received. Customer service not reply to my emails.

Like others I should have read trust pilot first, panama hat utter rubbish, don't be conned like me and others. Still waiting for return address and refund.

The worst item I've bought anytime, offered Panama Hat made in Ecuador and delivered a piece of .....made in China, scammers, I am waiting they answer my complain but £ 30 in the trash.....

Cheap nasty trainers - wish I had read the reviews. Wont me to keep the trainers and expect a 50% refund! Absolutely dreadful customer services.

Really wish I'd looked up these reviews before I bought these awful trainers - cheap, tatty and unwearable, and unfortunately the .co.uk on the end of the name is a lie as it's a Chinese company who if course don't respond to complaints or refund your money. They went in the bin so that was £28.99 wasted!

DO NOT PURCHASE Trainers were a joke, put in bin, cheap nasty plastic sole, cheap looking trainer and size comes up small, the worse thing I have ever bought on line, the trainers shown look ok... but not what you get!!!

Ordered two Panama Hats. Items received did not match the description on their website (in many ways). In addition, one of them had a dirty mark on the brim. Emailed the company asking for my money back but to date no reply. Do not use this company, clearly a scam.

The advert leading me to flameday clearly showed converse trainers however when they arrived they were nothing like the advert absolute waste of money

I ordered a slate heart message in memory of my dad. They sent it in a non padded envelope with no fragile sticker on and obviously when it arrived it was broken. What kind of company are you, disgusting service, wont be ordering again!
