I would like to say thank you to Jaki, John and the Flair training team who called me to ensure I was well informed of what to expect for when my training started. I felt very cared for by the team and they made my whole process of obtaining my class 1 HGV license less daunting.

I would also like to give a special and massive thank you to Andy from Flair training. As an
instructor, he was kind, patient and adaptive to my needs. He was great at explaining and he was not dismissive of my questions. He boosted my confidence significantly whilst remaining calm thus given me the reassurance I needed to pass first time.

Office people are very friendly and expert in their work. Thank you John and jaki. And big thanks to trainer preme Clark 100/10.

From the beginning to the end, great customer service and dedication to complete process. I had a few issues with documents and they gave me a perfect advice to resolve them. Was a good journey without black spots and corners.

Thank you so much for helping me get through this at the first attempt, Preme and Andy did a great job guiding me in the right direction (both figuratively and literally), and the organisation from John and Jaki in the office was superb - everything was organised for me, all I had to do was turn up - easy as it comes.

I made the choice to book my class 1 training with Flair even though they weren’t local to me . I stayed in the hotel literally next door to where they are based and it worked out perfect .
Absolutely first class training from both instructors Andy and Preme . They have a wealth of knowledge gained from many years of experience and have an expertise in teaching these courses. Many thanks also to the guys in the office John and Jaki who where always there to help with any inquiries and very helpful and encouraging.
I would 100% recommend anyone to book with these guys and look no further .

I used Flair twice now. And honestly rate them enough. I passed both my tests, Class 1 & 2 first time. Great trainers bags of knowledge. You can’t go wrong

The training was very intenseif and enjoyable my instructor Andy was frirm and straight to the point, If it wasn't for Andy I don't think I would have passed my HGV test first time with only 2 minors.
