Terrible customer service

English below:

Kanskje de har et produkt av god kvalitet. Men servicen de gir kunden er ekstremt dårlig. De sendte pakken min til et supermarked på den andre siden av byen for levering. Kundeservicen deres gjorde ingenting for å fikse problemet og ga meg bare falske unnskyldninger. Det var siste gang jeg kjøpte noe fra dem. Kundeservicebillett: 2071675

Maybe they have good quality product. But the service they provide for the customer is extremely bad. They sent my parcel to a supermarket on the other side of the city for delivery. Their customer service did not do anything to fix the issue and just gave me false excuses. It was the last time I bought something from them. Customer service ticket: 2071675
