Disappointing performance
Used this product this morning after stupidly ordering 5 expensive packets. Sprinkled it in waited 20 mins as directed and observed maybe a 2 inch foam puddle rise up. That’s it. None of this rising under the toilet lip. Does look a little shinier after moving it round everywhere with the brush but not sure about how much cleaner the bottom really is than a normal product. Very disappointing. Not like the add at all.

Biggest scam
Biggest scam. I paid $80 and received 3 packets of 3.5 oz. It is a fine powder that has foaming action. If anyone remembers long ago there was a product called Vanish. It is no longer on the market but worked 100 times better. The water line remained after following the directions. I usually use a pumice stone to remove the water line. That works with minimal scrubbing. The product took 3 weeks to arrive. I had no idea it was coming from China. This is the biggest waste of money. If something seems too good to be true, it usually is. Please, don't waste your money.

A total waste of money
A total waste of money. The "foam" stays at water level and does nothing.
My toilet bowl has a small hard water mark at the water level. After 3 treatments of this miracle cleaner, the water mark remained, until I dabbed it with a cloth and vinegar.
These people should be locked up! They are scammers, selling nothing more than sherbet.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Every time I clicked to purchase, another product popped up. And again and again, and again. Most annoying. It would be better if you could see ALL the products and scroll down to order. As it now is you just want to get to the end and pay so you don't really see all the other products.

Not happy with your Price conversion
You didn’t except my order when there were sufficient funds in my account. Not only that your conversion from $US to $AU was not correct and I have been charged more than the current exchange rate. Also I selected the 5 off offer at $12.95 ea, but I was charged over $14.00 So really it hasn’t been the best experience at all.

Bad customer service!
Customer service was excellent! Product however did not live up to expectations or as advertised. Product did not foam in toilet at all & did no cleaning in the bowl.
We returned the product as requested & have heard nothing since. Very disappointed. Just waiting to see if we get a refund or if we have to contact our credit card & start a dispute. We have waited over 2 weeks!
