Exceptional Customer Service from Mae

Mae provided outstanding phone customer service from start to finish. She consistently went above and beyond, followed up without me having to ask, and made sure I was properly taken care of every step of the way. She gave me the right resources, pointed me in the right direction, and listened carefully to every concern I had.
