Ralph did a great job
Ralph did a great job. The mount we bought did work as advertised. He tried to make it work but ended up reinstalling the original hardware. Fits and looks better than when he got the house.

Great Service and Easy to Use
Great service and easy to use. So easy I thought it was a scam at first - but far from it! I got my cabinet hardware installed in all 4 bathrooms the next day and the installer did a great job (perfectly centered and symmetrical with the other drawers)… Only room for improvement is the tech could have cleaned up the mess afterwards - lots of wood shavings, opened bags, and loose screws all over the floor and inside the cabinets/drawers. Honestly not that big of a deal, he was very courteous and professional… overall great customer service!

Hard to get ahold of. 2pm-4pm window today, they tried to move it to 6pm-8pm because the tech couldn’t find my house but the tech never called. We only got to speak with their outsourced dispatcher. I canceled because every call felt like a game of telephone to talk to someone who knew anything.

The technician called me ahead of time saying he was going to be a bit later than the expected time, but I found that to be very considerate.
When he arrived, he went straight to work and completed the job in less than an hour. He did a great job with my assembly and was very careful with the personal effects in my home.

TJ did a fantastic job installing my dishwasher. Someone else said he had to remove part of my tile floor to install it, and me a hundred dollars more. My floor is still in tact I am happy to say!
