I don’t think this guy Ilija sleeps at all. He literally replies to my emails within minutes, 24/7. This dude is genius.

They fixed my Wordpress woocommerce issue in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend.

You wake up one day. Sun is shining, everything is fine. "What a good day this will be!" you think to yourself. You consider taking it easy, relaxing and enjoying life. But it is not meant to be.

Your WordPress website has been hacked.
Proper hacked.
Inside out, php files, uploads, database, even the .htacccess.
Nightmare material.
Hundreds of infected files taking down your website and doing god knows what with all the incoming requests, serving viagra prices to IP addresses in China.

"No way I can fix this", you think to yourself.
No way you will be able to manually go through all the folders and files on the server and clean up anything that does not belong.
You miss just one bad file and you might have as well missed them all, your site is done for.

They replied to my desperate cries for help within minutes (!) and asked me for login credentials to check out the damage and start working on fixing everything straight away.
They took the time to reply to my stupid and annoying questions.
They went out of their way and did things I did not ask them to do to provide the best result possible in just few hours.
They were super effective and did work that would take me days in no time.

In the end, they brought back the website in pristine condition, viagra free, secured and ready to roll.

Now we come to the part that will definitely make you think this review is not real. Surely it must be fabricated by the company itself. Nobody with sane mind would believe this. Too good to be true.

Because you know what?
They didnt even ask to be paid until the website was 100% clean and running again! They didnt even ask anything extra for all the extra hours spend on my stupid questions and requests. Insane.

Hell, their service was so good I am considering setting up a WordPress honeypot with zero security just to have a reason to get in touch with FixRunner and witness their magic again.

Ilija my friend, I am eternally grateful for your service.

Brilliant Service.
After I provided Fixrunner with details of my wordpress problem* plus access to the hosting details etc.they sorted in less than 30 minutes. It would have taken me days!

* My login page disappeared following an update.

I'm a 61 year old retired teacher who is trying to operate my own private online business. I've been "taken to the cleaners" on several occasions by web companies and developers who took my money and didn't complete the work, didn't follow through with my directions, or provide me help after they completed the work. Fixrunner is the best I've found. They were quick with their work, dependable, and always willing to answer my questions. Most importantly, they are HONEST. When I downgraded my service to save a little money, I made a mistake in the process. They could have easily left my mistake alone and taken advantage of the mistake, like many would do. Someone at Fixrunner who was aware of what my intent was, noticed my mistake and took it upon them self to correct it and contact me. They went to the trouble to help me out even though it meant less profit for them. I plan on signing up for the higher service plan as soon as my business takes off. These guys are the best!!

The difference between lighting and lightening bugs ... I do not lie.
And I speak from having offshore freelancers on slow-cruise mess up and talk out their backsides. For solving the smallest and greatest WordPress or DIVI website snafus, function or design, this outfit is tops. Sam keeps his word, and Ilija (if you can get him and his team) isn't stumped by the beauties I've failed to fix on my site. And I'm a Mensan. My experience is they regularly fix my problems overnight, not in two to six weeks. Their command of English is extraordinary and unexpected. Yeah! True professionals.

I started with FiXRunner initially because I had a specific issue I needed to have addressed. At first I was concerned with the 3 month minimum charge, but bit the bullet and went ahead with it.

It's very hard to find a business these days over the internet that can do what they say. Most hook you in for the sale and then work at their pace, not understanding that you might be in a pinch. I feel they are proud to provide a great service to my site, and feel they treat it as if it was their own personal site.

I contacted Fixrunner cause I had a redirecting issue from social media content. They looked into it immediately and gave me the valueble feedback it's not an issue with my site, but with the social media platform link. So they wouldnt be able to help me.
