Perfect replacement part

I ordered a replacement door seal for my dishwasher using the machines serial number. the replacement seal was identified at a fair price. I ordered and it arrived quickly. It was a perfect fit and no more leaks.

We needed to replace our washing…

We needed to replace our washing machine's door handle/latch. Your website easily enabled us to identify and order the part. Delivery was unbelievably swift, arriving the next day. Fitting was as predicted, moderately difficult but doable. Saving best part of £100 in call out and labour. We know where to look next time....

Warrant nil **** Absolutely Useless Avoid

Absolute nightmare starting 16.12.25 numerous emails 11 just to get the right part number.
There internal communication is dire with different people asking questions already answered by another colleague.
Eventually 23.12.25 got the part number & ordered the item. Order stated 3- 5 days delivery !!!
No date re delivery ,I had to chase up , excuses made stating unable to get part for several more
weeks !! Took my money out on 23rd December.
I decided to source from elsewhere.
Dealt with Hend to cancel the part, stated he would cancel .
Low & behold part arrived 10 days later, excuse couldn't cancel it bull****. Had to cancel myself, then 4 emails later got an address to send to.
Part arrived 6.2.26 in Cardiff & had to chase for my refund ,eventually getting it 20.2.26.
Have been chasing yet again for return postage due their error, but the will not pay up.
Useless company do not use

Lacking communication reliant on bots. CEO & Senior don't reply.

Never recieved item

Never recieved item, fix part said i gave wrong address which i did not. No response from customer service after i sent evidence. Had to escalate through my bank to reclaim money back. Avoid company at all costs

Use this company at your PERIL

After ordering and paying for a Cold Box Freezer Door in November '25, Fixpart delivered the wrong item, after contacting them, they requested numerous photographs, outside packaging, inside packaging, and photos of labels this was over a month, they then issued a return note, only to be informed with a photograph that the item was damaged, and they would only refund half the amount, I challanged this as firstly it was not a door and therefore was never taken out of the plastic bag, the item in the photo was filthy, I finally received my refund some 2 months later, after still trying to obtain said freezer door, I had no option but to try and reorder from fixpart as they were the only company with one in stock, that was December '25, it is now end of February and I have yet to receive the door, it was paid for on the same day, I have written to them on several occasions but have yet to receive a response. The company is impossible to contact, even if you email them they don't answer, there is no phone number, all in all pretty useless

No item and no refund

My package got sent back to royal mail because the address wasn't clear. I have tried to contact the company twice but have heard nothing from them. No item and no refund. Hoping they respond soon...

Great web site very helpful.

The part arrived on time and was a perfect fit.
I did not think the part would still be available and was contemplating having to buy a replacement refrigerator.

Much slower delivery than predicted
