Product sold was not as described and when filling in return form the website tells me the product cannot be returned.

Since writing the above initial review they have agreed and accepted that the product can be returned and refunded - however they are now refusing to refund the P&P when they sent the wrong item.

Was able to find part to fix washing machine (newdoor ) which was bigger than normal sized door it took four days to arrive but perfect fit would higly reccomend first class service

They were one of the only suppliers to have the part needed in stock. Ordering was easy and the part came quickly and very well packaged. Very pleased with my order.

Great website, bought a new fan blade for my oven, it came next day and was of excellent quality. Was exactly same as my old one and fitted in a minute. Packaged well also.

Terrible company. I ordered a part for my vacuum cleaner that said it would be delivered in 2-4 days. After a week, it was still showing as processing so I asked for the order to be cancelled. Over the course of 3 weeks, I emailed 4 times to ask for the refund but kept getting told that I would be contacted when the cancellation had been confirmed. Then I receive a tracking email saying my part is on the way 😩 4 weeks after I’ve ordered and 3 weeks after I asked for it to be cancelled. Now they want me to arrange sending back the item 😠 Do not order from this company. They don’t keep to timescales or follow out your requests.

AVOID. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are just totally unprofessional and behave like scammers. I never received my goods. Cancelled my order before it was dispatched to me but they never refunded my money despite numerous emails and complaints.

They kept my money and the goods which I never bought. Had to escalate the issue via my bank.

Part ordered was unavailable but Fixpart sourced form Italy. The wait was worth it and thanks to Fixpart staff for their perseverance who also offered me a refund if I wanted to cancel. Part received and fitted - excellent service. Will shop again with you. Highly recommended.

Have still not received my part. Tracking with royal mail is incorrect. Have been waiting 4 weeks to be daily it will be arriving today. I have asked for a refund to be told feel out a returns form how can I feel out a returns form when I don't have the item. All done via email no phone correspondence and different person each time avoid.

I'd been let down by a previous company who sent the wrong part. Fix part asked the key questions, photo of the info plate, advised on part and sent the right one. It took a few days to come but it is now fitted

Wrong part sent initially. Customer service were fast and efficient in arranging a return and replacement. The only complaint is the wait time for receiving the replacement. Process began 10/02/26 and the correct item was received around 17/03/26.
