Went the extra mile, really professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Did a thorough deep clean of my PC including disassembling parts like the graphics card and replacing thermal pads. Also picked up on some BIOS settings that weren't set up correctly. Everything was explained clearly.

Definitely recommended.

Andy replaced a laptop keyboard for me. Dropped it off at 7.30pm last night and picked it up first thing this morning.

Josh from FMT, ordered a sound adapter for my laptop, as I had accidentally disabled the port speaker & would have cost me from 4 up to $500 to repair. Instead, he ordered a $19 sound adaptor from Scoptec, which only took a couple of days to arrive, & is working great. So goes to show that one can find a business that will help you w/o gaslighting you into charging you 100s of $ for something that doesn't require it. Thank you Josh for your help.

The help I received to remedy the problem I had with my tablet and phone was just what I needed . I was treated with great courtesy and not made to feel inadequate as an older person. I also felt that there would be comeback if I had a further problem. The work was reasonably priced.

Amazing service! I couldn't find the address, so I gave them a call and they were incredible nice! I took my USB cable, which was broken, and they repaired it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything! How nice is that? Also gave me great advice in case I had any more issues!
I really hope my PC never breaks, but if it does, I'm definitely taking it to Fix My Tech!

Andy hand built a gaming PC for my son just recently and went extremely out of his way to ensure we received the best possible spec against value he could find and what an amazing custom build it is. Would highly recommend his services to anyone. If you have an IT issue then Andy @ Fix My Tech is your man.

Two fixes done already and the third currently in progress!
Amazon fire pad fixed firstly and then a broken laptop keyboard fixed as well - both working really well again now.
Super fast work on these and Andy helps me actually understand what is wrong, why and how the fixes work.

I was really pleased with Fix My Tech, they fixed my MacBook very quickly, great communication, great service, would recommend.

I went to use my MacBook and it wouldn't turn on, it is out of warranty so i called Fix My Tech and arranged to drop it off for diagnosis. They called me back to tell me it was the battery and quoted a fixed price for replacing it and told me it would be ready to collect in 2 days, I accepted. They called to tell me the battery that was delivered was damaged and they rejected it back to the supplier and a replacement would take another day. Despite the slight delay, they kept me up to date the whole time, i was happy to wait and glad that they would not compromise on quality to deliver on time.
