Got Gordon on an emergency call out appreciative of him coming out however feel as if I have been ripped off, £500 I was charged & 3 months later my boiler went again. I had someone out to look at it and was told whoever “fixed” my boiler should have told me I was wasting my money & that it wouldn’t last. I was under the impression it was fixed & that was it. Didn’t expect to pay £500 & it break 3 months later. Now require a new boiler. Very disappointed as if I had of been told this was only a ‘quick fix’ I would not have bothered.

Gordon did a great job fixing my boiler within an hour of arriving - he diagnosed the problem in minutes and replaced a failing oil pump without issue at a very reasonable price. A great service and I would have no hesitation in recommending fixmyboiler.com.

We were so impressed by Matt (Channing) from FixMyBoiler. Our gas was turned off after a leak leaving us with no hot water, heating or oven, so we were pretty desperate and really grateful that Matt got us sorted out quickly despite already being fully booked. We felt our requirement was quite complicated because internal gas pipes needed to be replaced under a fitted sink unit but Matt worked out a solution which meant we didn't have to dismantle our kitchen and left no mess at all, we were very grateful! We would definitely recommend using Matt.

Helped fix my boiler in two different properties very good job

*****SCAM ARTISTS** DO NOT USE THEM!!! STAY WELL CLEAR!! THEY INSTALLED A PUMP IN MY BOILER, WHICH NOW DOESN'T WORK (1 WEEK LATER). THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND THAT PARTS FOR BOILERS DON'T COME WITH WARRANTIES. THE LAST TIME TO TRIED TO SPEAK TO SAM HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME AND IS NOW NOT RETURNING MY CALLS. IT TURNS OUT THEY TOOK THE PUMP FROM 'VAN STOCK' IT WASN'T NEW EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGED ME FOR A NEW ONE.******
