we had a problem receiving our items but Josh at the fixings store was very responsive, the error was on the FEDEX side. we now have our items.

Good overall. Only criticism is packing. Just wrapping a cardboard sleeve around a drill battery and then leaving it loose in a larger cardboard box isn't great, although it arrived unscathed.
