Both Oscar & Davide are very friendly, highly professional, skilled, tidy & competent plumbers. Also very impressive is that they take time & great care to explain in detail exactly what is causing a problem & how they are going to solve it. This is of course, very reassuring & especially so for my elderly mother, as she could follow & understand everything that was going on with the repair. They both provide an excellent service! Ben from FIXIF fixed the leak and pointed out that the last person should have noticed it. He arrived promptly and called ahead to say when he would be here.

Engineer arrived within 4 hour time slot arranged by CET. Covid-19 precaution, he wore protective face mask to protect himself and me, being vulnerable due to my age and medical condition.
The problem with escape of water (sink) was quickly identified. Replacement of pipe fittings was done in a professional way. It was necessary to remove a wall tile to gain access to the pipework and I was pleased that there was no breakage of the tile and he replaced tile after fixing the pipe problem.
He asked for dust pan and rubbish bag to clean the rubble and dust from the working area.
I found him polite and would recommend him for the service provided.
