The way they response to their customer…

The way they response to their customer is so careless, the replacement screen has a crack and I want to ask replacement and do an upgrade if possible, They are so confidence that all parts are tested and inspected before they are shipped and will not accept any physical damaged parts event if it is defective, So in other way, is that mean that they will not responsible for anything after they shipped your product regardless anything (I am in the business too, somehow we make error too). Ooo OK I got it. So it is depend on your luck guys ... Btw I bought from them before and have no problem so I was lucky at that time but this time I was not lucky enough I guess...

Very disgusting customer service.

I ordered twice, never again. They will never send you an invoice to your e-mail. So you will never have any proof you bought something or what you bought from there unless you pay with PayPal. Only way I got any info from Fixez.com was through opening a complaint in PayPal. Thats the only way I even got a tracking number so I could contact the shipping company to start dealing with import fees. I am just disappointed with the customer service I received, cause rather than helping me, the companys "support people" tried to blame me (said that i would rather open a complaint than pay import fees - thats not true, cause i cant pay import fees when i dont even have the tracking number).

Only buy if you want their customer "support" to blame you for their incompetence.

The package they sent me was defective

The package they sent me was defective, then told me that when I send it back they will give me a refund. They received it, and said that it was damaged in transit, and that there will be no further actions. So I’m not out $150

Sent used phone screen. Stolen funds

Sent used phone screen. Item supposed to be new. They issued RMA and now refuse to refund. I have photo proof that I never attempted to install the screen. Stealing money from consumers and blaming them for damage. Check southern nevada BBB page. 41 complaints just like mine in the last 3 years.
