DO NOT USE.
Use ANY other garage if you are having repairs done through your insurance as this place is simply useless. Our car isn’t even in the garage yet as they have rearranged it 3 times because ‘last weeks courtesy cars haven’t been returned’. Probably because they haven’t fixed them either. Car is arranged for it’s 4th attempt to be picked up on friday, far from hopeful and it’s not even in for a repair yet.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Fix Auto Walsall. From start to finish, the whole process was professional, friendly and stress-free.

The bodywork was absolutely outstanding. The repair was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, and you genuinely wouldn’t know the car had ever been damaged. The panels line up perfectly, the paintwork is seamless, and the colour match is spot on. The finish looks factory-quality, with no noticeable imperfections whatsoever.

The attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in the quality of their work rather than simply getting the job finished.

Communication throughout was also excellent, and the staff were helpful and professional at every stage. My car was returned looking fantastic, clean and in great condition.

The customer service is rubbish. they took forever to do that job and no communication or updates about anything.

They’re doing good job, but took longer than I expecting a little damage in my car. They took about three weeks to fix it.

Did not like the fact you called the vehicle in for repair on one date and it took 7 days to start the repair, due to your queuing system.

I have had my car on with Fix Auto and came back to it today after the job had been finished. Firstly the communication at the start of the process was 1st class.
They kept in touch all the way through as I was away and out of the cou try.
I went to pick the car up and the honesty around some savings on the job originally quoted was amazing. I didn't need a part of the job done and they didn't charge. I wouldn't have known if they told me they had done it but this is a great representation of the people and ownership of the Walsall location.
Highly recommended and I won't be going anywhere else after this level of service

Not all there fault but rear bumper back on without connecting wiring and putting bolts in the bumper and scratching side of car,like to see there report when they picked up my car bet it wasn't on that,had to get my 14yr old son to get underneath rear of car to properly push in indicated wiring in live traffic as I am unable to get down and do it myself,stear clear of this place

I want to thank the team who fixed up the damage on my car they done a brilliant job if I could thank them individually I would the car looks brilliant I will be using them again for anything I need doing in the future also like to thank them for calling me telling me when I should get the car back and also the office staff polite and helpful.

The car was repaired very quickly and Jaz and the team were very helpful and friendly. She also arranged the car hire with Enterprise to collect me from the garage.

Car was ready before the actual date it was expected . They did an absolutely amazing job on my car I would definitely recommend them.

Very nice work

My car went in to repair through insurance.
Took them almost 3 months.
Every time I called to ask them how long and I was told we are waiting for part.
At the end they said it doesn’t cover with insurance.
If it doesn’t cover insurance then why they were waiting for parts.
Warning lights are on the dash board which was not there before collision.
Now I can’t even drive my car.
I would recommend to stay away from this company.
Not professional at all.
