WOWZA!…I consider myself very lucky to have found ‘FIX Auto UK’. My wife phoned them and got put through to Barry, he sounded like a nice gentleman….whom actually turned out to be quite outstanding. I arrived for an assessment of damage repair costs initiated by Barry. So, here is the reason for my FIVE star review, INTEGRITY, HONESTY, SOLUTION PROVIDER, FAIR, CLEARLY NOT A RIP OF MERCHANT. So, that’s it in a nutshell, In future, I will not go anywhere else….THANK YOU. P.S, Receptionist (apologies as I didn’t ask her name), is very personable, polite, and highly efficient too. To conclude, DO NOT HESITATE, save your time, don’t look around…..just GO HERE… Simples….👍

Huge thanks to Barry, Richard and Tracy for making our car like new again after a disagreement with a fence post! The team quickly assessed, estimated and booked us in super speedily. We have collected the car today, which has also been cleaned, and delighted with the results. Thanks again and I would not hesitate in recommending!

My experience was very disappointing because the damage was in the top half of my front pumper and I’ve been told the job will be done professionally. But to my horror when I’ve got the car back only the top half of the pumper that was repainted and I can see clearly where the masking tape was and the difference in paint shadows also the trace of masking tape and looked very unprofessional even though they have a purposely built workplace with all the tools and equipments an skilled man power, if I’ve been told about this type of work at the beginning I definitely would decline their service because it wouldn’t take more time nor materials to do a perfect job. Also I never heard of half doors, half bonnets, half side panels or half pumpers been repainted because that’s where the damage was.

Exceptional service. From the first phone call with Tracey, to the final collection, the experience was friendly, professional and hassle free. The work required on my car was substantial but nothing was too much trouble and all work was completed to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and good communication/speed of repair

Barry and Tracy, together with the rest of the team, were warm, friendly, and customer focused. They did everything they said they would. Their booking system was fast and efficient. The courtesy car was clean and in first class company condition. The repair to my 9 month old car restored it back to showroom condition. Finally, my car was handed back to me on time with a smile.
