Very simple process, once insurance co. had passed the repair to them. Car collected, repaired, and returned in just a week. Very neat work, and very pleased with the result.
Let down by minor things - the aerial had been removed, but left on the back seat instead of being re-fitted.I needed a step-ladder to reach it.
Haven't had a chance to check the tyre pressures, but the TPMS is showing low pressure on the rear tyres (39 psi, which equates to 2.3 bar, not my usual 2.8 bar) - did they reduce the pressure from my usual fully-laden setting?

We used Lydd Fix Auto via Churchill Car Insurance and they were faultless from start to finish. They made a particularly stressful time when our family car had been in an accident that little bit better. Their communication was excellent and their staff were super friendly. In particular, the lady who takes the calls on reception and Chris (who dropped off and picked up our hire car) were both incredibly helpful and lovely! The car came back looking as good as new - we can't thank them enough for their great service and workmanship.
