Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Leicester Reviews 

It took more than a month to repair/replace a not too severe dent and broken rear fender.
The repair was authorised by Auxillis on 9th January 2026.
For weeks, I had no updates from Auto Fix. When I did finally get a voice message, it was to ask for the wheel nut. I telephoned the office and was asked to send it by RoyalMail recorded delivery at my expense. No apology that their staff who came to recover my vehicle didn't do due diligence in asking/checking with me as to its whereabouts. When I expressed my concern about having to bear the cost, I was told to chase it with Auxillis. This could've been avoided if the staff they sent to recover my vehicle had asked/checked when he took delivery. On the day, I explicitly asked if there was anything he needed from me but was told that they just needed the key. The delay in completing my car repair and extensive cost to the responsible party was avoidable if the communication was smoother.

Service was brilliant for collection and delivery, letting people know when to expect completion could be a little better communicated but ok thanks

Not having a good year with cars at the minute, but every time I’ve had a bump or incident fix auto have been there, they have helped so much, I want to specifically thank Laura, April Dan and Michael for the outstanding communication and reassurance they all gave me through this time, car looks amazing, fast pace, so thank you again

Very good choice by my Insurers using Fix Auto UK. They went up and beyond to repair my bumper. My bumper looks perfect!
I was Updated when my car would be collected and when it would be brought back to me as I couldn't collect on the day.

Repair work was outstanding 5 stars . Only concern was drivers side carpet was wet to the touch witch probably explained the condensation on inside of vehicle at collection

Company car, booked in for quote when I arrived they were very prompt and didn't take long then it was booked in for the repair dropped it off and when it was ready they gave me a call to arrange collection painless.
The loan vehicle was adequate although my car is electric and they didn't have an electric offering but got me from A to B. Repairs were like new and car was clean on it's return.

As far as the repair to my vehicle was concerned, it looks as good as new, very happy. However, my car is my pride and joy which I have professionally valeted inside and out once a month, I keep the inside in pristine condition at all times. When I picked it up it was dirty muddy and dusty inside, even the seats were dirty and the pedals were caked in mud, really ruined everything for me to see it so un looked after inside

Edited to include Christmas holidays; including Christmas day, Boxing Day and New Years Day it was in for 19 working days. I didnt include those in original post as I automatically assumed nobody would be working those days.

Car was booked in for 9 working days. It ended up being in for 16 working days as they broke the fan to the air con. It has made the whole experience quite stressful. On the plus, it came back lovely and clean, except for the muddy pedals from the man who drove it back 😆

Want to say a huge thank you to the Fix Auto Leicester, especially Laura, Paula, Naomi and April. My BMW was damaged and the team carried out an amazing job and returned the vehicle promptly. From start to end the process was clear and always felt very welcome when attending the site. Great work from all team members.

Car was collected promptly, and provided with a lovely courtesy car. Driver was friendly. Staff in reception were always polite and helpful when I called and when I went to collect the car they had not only fixed it but valeted it as well
