Quality repair, poor communication
The actual repair work is spot on, and reception are very friendly. However, the communication throughout the process could have been much better. I was initially told on 30/03 that I'd be without my car for around a week. On 09/04, I called for an update and was given a revised completion date of 16/04. When I hadn't heard anything by then, I called again and was told 17/04. After still receiving no update by 20/04, I called again and was then told 22/04. The only time I was proactively contacted was on 23/04 to say the car was ready. It would have been far more considerate to inform me of delays as they arose, rather than me having to chase multiple times. The repair was also booked in around 8 weeks in advance, so it's unclear why there ended up being a 3 week delay to the repairs.

Then the question begs why leave a review at all? We really don't mind a bit of constructive criticism... it actually helps us improve. We looked at your file and didn't find anything of note - there were no specific comments recorded.
During a road test, we identified an issue which required us to order a wheel bearing, which we informed you of when you contacted us. This took place on 2/3, and the vehicle was subsequently returned. on 6/3. None of this is out of the ordinary.
While our communication could have been better, we can't rectify an issue that we're not aware of. Do tell us what else went wrong, otherwise we'll just have to accept a not very deserved one star rating.
