Great service!
My insurance company sorted out the repair and from the collection to return,it was seamless. It was also cleaner than it had been for a long time! Thanks for a brilliant job done.

The customer service from Blake has been exceptional. Very friendly and approachable. Listens to the customer. I would expect him to be a highly valued employee.

Car returned in excellent condition and fully valeted.

Some of the staff in the call centre could do with some additional customer service training but I would not want this to detract from the great service from colleagues in person or the repairs to the car.

My insurers sorted repairs to my car through fix auto following an accident. My car was taken within 48 hours and returned a week later. I was kept up to date with the repairs while my car was in with them and it came back looking as good as new!

Awesome service. The car was delivered back timely, fixed and looking brand new after they cleaned and valeted it.

I had been referred to Fix Auto by my insurance company after my car had been damaged in a RTA. On first contact with Fix Auto I was informed that they were too busy to take a look at the car and lack of communication from the insurance company resulted in a 2 week wait before Fix Auto agreed to view the damage and a date for repair agreed.
Darren and Blake arrived to pick up the car and dropped off a courtesy car. They were delayed en route but had kept me informed as to their ETA.
A week later the car was returned having been repaired to a high standard, and also valeted which was a pleasant surprise.
Darren and Blake were polite, amiable, professional, clean and smart with excellent communication skills.

From start to finish Darren and the team were absolutely amazing. They are such a professional company & have got the job done to the highest possible standard, in an amazing time frame.
So easy to communicate with.
They also cleaned & valeted my car inside & out, which was an amazing surprise to receive once my car had been dropped back off.

The lads were great when I dropped off the car and when they brought it back to me. Despite being worried that it might take ages, given the amount of work on at the garage, they got it back to me in just over a week.

Very positive experience all round. Darren is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was kept in the loop throughout the process. The car was returned within the week with a tiny nick in the repair paintwork… these things happen.. Darren pointed it out on delivery and noted it down without hesitation and offered for it to be sorted no issues at all… so refreshing. Would definitely recommend.

Both Blake and Darren were really personable helpful people. All correspondence and e-mails answered promptly. Car retuned fixed, valeted in good time.

Mixed emotions. Car damaged in accident in which the other party admitted full liability. The bureaucracy was painful including much needless administration which made the initial process very difficult, slow and highly irritating. The three stars is given partly for the good standard of repair but mainly in praise of Darren Phillips who collected the car and took responsibility once it was in the bodyshop. His communication was excellent and he sorted some more unnecessary admin for us even after he had delivered it back to us. If only the rest of the people who dealt with this had Darren's approach to customer service, then our rating would have been higher. Many thanks Darren.

My car came back looking brand new! All was fixed very quickly and the car even came back valeted both inside and out which was a lovely touch. Blake who collected and returned the vehicle was very friendly and made sure I was aware of everything. He even arranged for the return of an item I left in my courtesy vehicle which was very kind. Super service all around.

Darren was brilliant and showed completely that he cared about my vehicle and wanted to get it back in one piece but more importantly damage free.

The work they have done is outstanding and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Graphics in car wrong colour & name spelt wrong

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs body work. Communication was spot on throughout. They picked up my car from my work as this was more convenient for me then returned it to my home address fully valeted inside and out. Both recovery drivers were professional,knowledgeable,polite and courteous. Keeping to time given by previous phone call. I was kept up to date on the progress of the car. 1st class company.
