The standard of repair work on my car was completed quickly and to a very high standard. It was also washed and valeted before being returned to me. The staff that I dealt with were courteous, polite and efficient, and the two gentlemen who collected and returned the car to me were punctual and polite.

Fix Auto did a great job on my bumper repair. The communication was great, we were kept up-to-date via email and text.
The staff at Braintree and Colchester were helpful and friendly.
We needed a courtesy car, it was a new plate, and they managed to supply an automatic which matched our car that went in for repair.

Friendly, helpful staff over the phone and with pick up before repair and delivery of our car after repair.
Pleased with the repair and had a similar amount of fuel in it, to when it went. No excess mileage either. Cleaned when dropped off. Happy.

Used fix auto UK to repair my Mazda MX5 was damaged all down one side .It was repaired through my insurance all so I wanted some extra work done which they done at the same time they did a amazing job and totally cleaned my car . I had a really good experience with Fix Auto from start to finish. The team were professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. Looks good but can't drive it
During the process of getting the vehicle repaired we received good regular update. With the part being on back order again we had been kept informed.
Once the vehicle had been completed we had been told it would be dropped off the vehicle never arrived that day. After a week of chasing we went to collect the vehicle. It looked good from the outside but when it came to drive it, it was un-driveable. wheels out of align and a struggle to drive it straight it has now had to go back for more time off of the road.

While we are pleased the vehicle presented well cosmetically, we have now had further authorisation for extra work and will ensure that this is done as swiftly as possible to get you back on the road in the same manner.
