I have been critical of this company in…

I have been critical of this company (fixation,com) in the past because emails were bounced and no repair status was available either via the Canon website or directly.

That said: the camera repair (Job Sheet 340340) has been completed and appears to be working (although the battery was returned uncharged) and a young lady was very helpful when I
contacted the company via their telephone. (+44 020 7582 3294).

Delivery was received from UPS OK today. However, Canon has lost a 4-figure sale. Although the spec of the EOS90D is appealing to a keen photographer like me, my recent experience with Canon’s repair organisation makes me hesitate.
