My client canceled the order and got refunded the completed milestone as well.
I was helpless as fiver did not hear me and refunded the completed milestone as well.

The seller wasted 1 week of my time and was not able to do the job actually made some errors and I had to pay 2 more gigs from someone else to fix them. the seller not to get a fb now opened a dispute for canceling the gig BUT she said they she did not receive enough information to do the job which is absolutely not true, because the guy who fixed her mistakes got the same access and information as her !!!!this way she won't get any penalization. Contacted the cs to change the reason but they do not care. FIVER IS A DISGUSTING COMPANY THAT PROTECTS INCAPABLE SELLERS spread the mouth so hopefully, they will understand that BUYERS NEED BETTER TREATMENTS!!!!! THEIR FB SYSTEM IS A JOKE TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO MANY FB ARE EXCHANGED BETWEEN ACCOUNTS ALSO YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A FB WITHIN 10 DAYS BUT MANY GIGS NEED MORE TIME TO BE EVALUATED!!!!!! IT'S ALL A JOKE!!! AND BUYERS ARE THR ONLY ONES WHO GET THE HIT!!!!!

Loyal customer since 2k18 even though some services were a complete scam. Maintained a 5 star rating. Male a seller account. Prompts are saying perfect the entire way through. For the portfolio I build an entire website on a personal domain to demonstrate work I've done.. sweet then get to W9. I get declined no hint as to why. I figure it out and I'm official. The gig I started was something new they didn't make/service nobody offered. I go to publish my gig then my account is banned, my gig was taken down and I could no longer be a seller ever in their words. I never even got started and was permanently banned for selling but I could buy... I've been a deg for 11 years officially. I could do 100x better than other devs with crap prices, BS back links and BS keywords/phrasing. Terrible Packistani and other broke counties ran the market doing crap work for good money in their eyes. I didn't want to smash them all with an educated price and take their business with REAL experience. I went and made something original. Which they wanted my idea and banned me. Gurlarentee it's a service that's likely even back dated to try to prove it was their idea nah I have proof of it all. I have mass experience in other to fields like ummm demolition. I keep getting ran over by a mod or admin when.. I own companies and I am alike. So now I know their game..I'll play. I have an unfair advantage but hey push comes to shove. I will pick you apart Fiver. I had faith in that name for so long. Karma is being forced your way. It'll be my webspace soon clear out your offices please.

Appalling, a very difficult site to navigate, I made a payment which my bank informed me had happened but the site said hadn't, so I lost my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS IS A SCAM SITE.

There are so many talented people there who deserve more customers. I am surprised there are so many bad reviews. It's easy to tell the difference between a well-rated freelancer and a scammer. Be smart about it, and make sure you have all the information you need before you pay.

Avoid this freelancer service. Any alternative is probably better.

1. Freelancers quality of work is absolutely below any measures - I would go so far calling it fiverr-approved scamming.

2. A lot of the freelancers are fiverr-tolerated scammers and they will deliver useless results but charge surprisingly high amounts for this (of course you have to pay in advance)

3. If you then run an issue with the result of the seller/scammer the customer support won't help you in any way. Instead they will just send you automated copy&paste answers. Eventually, they will no longer answer your requests. And you money is gone...

Really, I am so shocked and disappointed, especially the customer support is a complete useless bunch of idiiots that wont help you in any way - even if the scam is super obvious.

That being said, just look at the overall rating of fiverr. There is a reason why they are so bad! So, do not trust them - instead avoid them.

The worst freelancing site you could ever stumble across. Worst customer service + worst freelancers + high fees = Complete trash site. Never gonna hire a freelancer againg from this stupid site!! Never will visit their domain again. If you hear "Fiverr" from anyone on youtube or any website, RUN!

fiver in general is not bad and you can find good services there. Just the problem is that criminals are among those consultants. We gave access to our server to a fiver worker and he changed our firewall settings and open a folder to outside access rights probably to install a backdoor to our server. After this he cancel our fiver gig that we were not able to give a bad review. Even this guy is a criminal he has top fiver reviews. We reported this case to the fiver security team but they told us that "all is good" because we got our money back. They do nothing against the criminal. Be car full if you hire fiver worker.

Business CS is not helping to solve the issue with the seller that sold a non usable product. The gig was purchased for 2,000$ and the seller pushed to finish the order and leave the review while the product wasn’t tested properly. The seller ignores my messages when reaching out to the CS of Fiverr they are sending me general answers and not even trying to help you to solve the issue. Such a poor service and will keep leaving negative reviews on the company as they do not try to make both sides satisfied. They care more about sellers and their commission rather than buyers. Buyers are not protected at all

Fiverr site, not recommended their interest just take your money, 3 years spending money on this site without any results first I got a cheaper SEO, I didn't get any results then I switched to Top rated (ozzieuk) 7 months passed if I spent more £400 for nothing and him saying that I have to be more patient, and when I bought the SEO package the first time he told me that in 40 days I would see the result

(asmachaudhry269) my Google bussines was suspended i contacted the seller asmachaudhry269, he really recovered but with an address in the USA 🇺🇸, since I never had any business there, I complained to her and I was simply ignored, I made the complaint on the website where they gave me the refund less than 10 minutes later she sends me an inbox message, threatening to delete all my google business that a month later did what it promised

I complained again on the site and no one gave me any kind of support and the worst thing is she continues on the site working selling her services.

I am simply disgusted with the fiver site where the customer has no right where you make a complaint against the seller for the service provided and is threatened by the customer that complained about, I lost my Google business that I had 5 years ago with 80 reviews only positive diferente of this site

another very strange thing on this site, for example here on trust pilot, it's full of negative reviews and on the site several reviews positive, I'm trying to leave my negative reviews and I can't, because on the site you can only leave reviews in the first 14 days, this doesn't make sense if I've been waiting 7 months for the seller ozzieuk and he's asking me to be patient to see my result, how reviews can only be done in 14 days, could you explain this to me?

totally disappointed with this site, I just wasted my time and money, and now their replies for all this are autoresponders saying they will take action, but so far nothing concrete has been done and the criminal (asmachaudhry269) that I I trusted because of the site and passed my access to , it continues on the site selling their fraudulent services.

THE WORST place to hire freelancers...most freelancers there have fake accounts with fake locations, many pretend to be from the UK, or the US ! When you engage with such scammers, you see their English is so bad ! I complained many times to them but they did nothing...AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Good interface, easy to find what one needs. Pathetic customer support with no intelligence to even read emails.

Had to escalate for a basic elementary level issue to be resolved. Not good.

Fiver is the worst site i have ever used. As a buyer you will never be able to earn any money for any big projects. The seller can cancel even after delivery and leaving behind a 5 star review. The support team has the lowest iq an the entire platform is just a gateway for scammers to get free work done. Fiverr is way too biased towards buyers. they won't listen to seller anything you say they will just tell yo it's your fault. the worst kind of scam site out there trying to be legit. I hope they get what they do us buyers in return and the company goes bankrupt

Hello,recently fivr decided to ban me i believe for using the word NOFAP in a chat,and they really offended me by doing that...I have been using their services for about a month and a half
"Your account has been suspended after a carefull consideration" now iam waiting for their full response and explanation,if the explanation would not be good enough i will honestly say im surprised

this is a very bad company i got scammed by someone called covergecko who was on there site with a 5 star rating i informed them first thing they said we are not liable for this i have then checked there site is full of fake reviews even people selling reviews on there site also contacted some so called hackers who have profile pictures on there site and its 100% not them all these people want is money

Fiverr is Not A Good Place for freelancers to work long term I am seller4765 and I am a Fiverr freelancer I work 9 months there and have a 5-star rating no negative rating
one day I log in to my account and see that they are asking to send My Id to verify. I Open My Android Scan QR code and submit id After some time they ask that the id is not clear I Submit id 3 times with full HD resolution they keep asking that id is not clear and then they restrict my account its been 9 days and I contact customer support many times they restrict my account permanently and I am not able to restore it they destroy my 9 month struggle and if i make new account they also delete it

I Just want to tell them that many legit freelancers lose their accounts daily Don't do this make a team of real people like Upwork who review IDs manually verify real people and reject edited Ids Fake People
