Just received my garden furniture set…

Just received my garden furniture set from Five Noir. Service was amazing from start to finish, from ease of ordering to delivery. Delivery guys are so friendly and helpful.

Can’t wait to use my new set when the weather picks up x

The goods I ordered arrived a few weeks…

The goods I ordered arrived a few weeks later than original delivery date. When you said the goods were available I was told that the courier would contact me at the beginning of the delivery week to arrange a day but I came home from work to find a large pallet of goods left on my driveway which could have been stolen. There was no contact from the couriers at all.

Great quality garden furniture…

We’re really pleased with our garden furniture. It’s great quality, exactly as described and looks fab and it’s well built.
We may have missed this instruction but it needs to be built upside down… (Firepit table) One disappointment is we can’t source a specific cover for it. We would have given 5 stars but the delivery was delayed as the product wasn’t in stock.

Oxford Rattan Corner Sofa set with fire pit

I just ordered the Oxford Rattan Corner Sofa set with Fire pit. I had outstanding customer service from Abbie. Very polite, pleasant and knowledgable. She was very helpful and I was pleased with the level of service received and I am looking forward to enjoying the set when it arrives. Thank you very much.

Zero Customer Care

Unfortunately I have no clue what the quality of Five Noir’s product is like. I ordered a dining table and chairs on 30 July and a couple of days later received an email to say the order had been processed and was on its way to a courier. I thought this odd as I had paid for installation and did not know how a courier would be able to install, but trusted the competence of the Company. Disappointingly the delivery date of 22 Aug was notified to me. I could not understand why it would take so long. I’ve since established, from a Director of the Company, that the logistics company they used are incompetent and simply put their costs before their customers. I contacted the company on 22 Aug to ask what time to expect my furniture. Annoyed to be told it was not coming and I ‘should have had a text’ to explain. Delivery is now 29 Aug. Of course yesterday I contacted the company on their online chat. Nicole was very surprised at my call as the delivery was scheduled for 31 Aug and not yesterday. You got it. Apparently another text was sent to me notifying the change. Neither text was sent. I thought it was disgraceful service and cancelled the order. The Director called me later that day. Earnest apologies and a rock solid guarantee my furniture would be delivered tomorrow 31 Aug made me change my mind. He even said he would drive the furniture to me himself if anything went wrong. Wow how naive am I? Today received a call from the Company. Yes you guessed it. Delivery day changed to Saturday 2 Sep. Order cancelled and refund requested. It’s bad enough broken promises coming from staff who obviously have no control over the operations of the Company, but a broken promise from the very man who can effect change is simply shocking. Appalling service from a Company which appears to be in operational chaos.

POST REVIEW

Further call from the Director to say that I would receive my goods on 29 Aug. Which I did and the dining table and chairs look really good

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - Worst customer service I have ever received! Never received 2 of my tables which I ordered now they are not answering my calls and hang up when I CALL. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Scam item didn’t show up what a load of crap contact then keep promising new dates then never show up I’ve put in a claim from fraud it’s a scam stay clear

Very disappointing.

Garden dining set was ordered 5 weeks ago… Delivery was scheduled for a week ago, then was rescheduled to the next day, it never turned up. A week later I have made contact twice and have been given no delivery date, very disappointed in this company and won’t be ordering my indoor dining furniture as I had planned to.

Delivery is an issue

Delivery date was an issue - hv to wait whole day and got delivered by 7 pm!
Post delivery found out only Dining table has come in and not chairs. Again trying to reach customer service.

Shambles of a company damaged goods and no chairs!!

Have just ordered my dining tables and chairs and Abbie was amazing during this process. Can't wait till its delivered. Thanks again Abbie♡

This started as a positive review however the first delivery was cancelled with a days notice and didn't come for another 3 days. Paid £99 to have the table and chairs delivered and built. The guys were in a rush hashed bashed about, table legs aren't sitting flush and there's damage to the tables. It's been 2 days since delivery and I still have no chairs. I really do not recommend this company and I will be contacting the finance company regarding the issues. Stay clear!!!

Yet another edit: After emailing the company the owner responding telling me he would be dealing with this matter personally, I sent pictures of more damage that I hadn't initially seen. I had Paul contacting me to tell me Ryan (owner) wasn't always available in the business so he would handle it.

This is a complete Mickley mouse company and I am more than disappointed. I have been liaising with the finance company and enough is now enough. The table can go back and I want the credit account closed.

Absolute Joke!!!

Another Edit - It took for me to go to the newspapers and post on sm for this company to arrange to collect their damaged table and refund my money!

Avoid at all costs, after replying to someone HONESTLY on their fb page they have blocked me. Extremely professional.......NOT

Further edit: the company emailed stating they would collect table on Thursday 21st September. Sat in all day waiting and missed my daughter's presentation award ceremony and no one showed up?? So I missed seeing my daughter receiving her award for nothing?

This company is a joke and their customer service is a shambles. Think everyone of them including the owner need to go on a course of some kind so they can electives deal with customers who receive damaged goods or don't receive parts of their orders!!
