We ate at a Five Guys in Papillion Nebraska. We were charged for 3 drinks when there were only 2 of us. When my husband told the guy about it he said he didn’t know how to credit it - therefore we did not get reimbursed! That’s a lot of money for the company or someone if that happens often. Most people don’t check their receipts— Check yours! The burgers were ok but the fries were soggy. First and last time we will eat at a Five Guys.

I love the five guys hand formed burgers but tonight my burger was a pre-formed burger that wasn't worth the price. It was very disappointing and I will think twice about buying burgers there again.

I just had the most incredible meal at Five Guys, and I wanted to share my experience.

First things first, the burgers! Oh my goodness, they were mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. The patties were juicy, flavorful, and made with top-quality ingredients. Plus, the buns were soft and toasted just right, adding an extra touch of deliciousness to each bite.

The worst and most flavourless burger I’ve ever had in my life. The soles of my shoes have more flavour than this bland piece of cardboard they call a burger. They fall apart and are super oily. Fries were mediocre at best if you put about a thousand packets of salt on them. At least the ketchup and mayo is free.

I am very disappointed with your services provided. Very rude staff. We have ordered three milkshakes and paid 100 Dirham. The ecounter gave us 25 Dirham back. Therefore we wanted to buy a coke and pay with the money you gave us BUT you refused to accept it because 20 Note was saletaped!!! This was the same 20 note that you have given us as we only had 100 Dirham cash! This is unfairly treated CUSTOMER. We were explaining that you gave us this note 20 mins ago. Be careful with staff. The lady's answer was pretty rude and unacceptable. Far from high standard in Dubai. Usually people are polite. FIVE GUYS IS THE PLACE YOU SHOULD AVOID.

Don't believe the hype. Big price, low flavour. Went for the burger, stayed for the fries.

It's been over 4 weeks since I placed an online order for pickup at my local store, only to get there and find the store closed due to a maintenance issue. I contacted the store and was told they couldn't issue a refund on online orders. I had to contact customer service, which o did.....that day and every week since. I keep getting told my case has been escalated to the leadership team and I should have my refund in 3-5 days........it's been since 2/16 and still NO REFUND. I am done with 5 Guys

Great burger all the way and the Cajun fry's are superb!

Five Guys 2/23/2023 ordered through Grubhub was cold and bacon was soggy 2 inch long pieces on bottom. Not the experience I wanted.

If you have a wheat or gluten allergy, don't eat in Flagstaff, AZ. They do not follow safe food handling procedures for allergies.

The person who does their fry station also handles wrapping up the burgers. They go from touching burger buns (wheat/gluten) with their gloved hands and without changing gloves, go to the uncooked fries and scoop them up and stick them in the baskets and fries them. Cross-contacting all the fries and the fryer oil with wheat and gluten.

The manager on duty proceeded to state this how they always do their fries. Insisting (incorrectly) the fry oil at 350 degrees kills the allergens. Heat does does nothing to kill allergen proteins. The only way to remove them is single use gloves, handwashing, and cleaning with soap and water to remove allergy proteins.

Don't risk your health or your life eating here if you have food allergies and don't buy the hype on their website, they have zero clue about avoiding cross-contact.

Woman taking our order couldn’t speak English. The music was so loud you could not have a conversation. Toppings on burger were wrong. This could be due to not correctly hearing order because of loud music or maybe because she didn’t speak English. Tables were dirty. This was in Noblesville, Indiana. Will not go back. Will spend my thirty dollars on a decent pizza next time.

Honestly, what a big and overpriced disappointment that was. Paid 20 euros for a small burger, small fries and a beer. The burger did not taste at all. Like really, no salt, no flavour..nothing. The bread was wet, not crunchy and kinda...old? fries were also terrible. Thank god I ordered that beer and I got to enjoy something! All in all, Macdonald's is levels better, tastier and cheaper.

Food came out fast and hot. Service was a bit slow. Place was clean and fresh. Thanks for a great burger.

I just place an online pick up order for lunch and it was so quick to be able to get my lunch. Their customer is always great!

I ordered 3 burgers an 1 hotdog for my family an are order was terrible. Five Guy put like a pound of wet nasty fries all over my burgers. So I wasn’t even able to make sure it was right. So I had believe they made my order right an find out when I got home it wasn’t what I ordered. No bacon on my wife burger. An the burgers was messy. I want a refund $62.35. Super Expensive for no reason.

Way overpriced for poor quality food. The only good thing was the chocolate shake. I'll never go back.

Hamburger okay, but the veggie sandwich, though it had representation of other vegetables, was basically greasy fried onions in a bun that fell all over when you took a bite. Would not recommend. Friendly staff, though. I tried multiple times to give feedback through links Five Guys provided, but none would work.

Spent the last 15mins waiting for a cheeseburger, watched employees singing a dancing. Finally left and paid in full, so disappointed I just left, they could have cared less. This is the first and last time I'll waste my time!!!

My bf wanted to go to five guys, so we went to the one in depew NY. When he ordered a cheeseburger, and medium fry not even a drink... I was looking at the menu because I was hungry too, but after I looked at the menu prices, I literally said nevermind. His order literally came out to 17.00 no drink. Unbelievable. Good thing I decided not to order. The owners must be so rich, there's no reason to charge THAT much because they have some kind of delusional fantasy that they are some how superior. They are bland and tasteless, go to Wendy's instead even burger king is better, tastier. I hope they go out of business soon
Five guys? More like five guys robbing your bank account. No wonder the place was empty. Never again
