Ordered a personalized tire cover for my Jeep. Order was originally shipped to somewhere in Michigan (I’m in NC). Had difficulties contacting seller, eventually going through PayPal to get them to respond. They shipped again and order was finally received, but was not as ordered. Personalization looked good, but tire cover lacked camera hole as was ordered and was larger than ordered.

This seller is not responsive when you attempt to contact them and has poor customer service. Good luck if you order from them!

I’m writing this review because I could’nt update my first review. I want everyone to know that Fitwearpo has great customer service. They took care of my problem and I couldn’t be happier with the service I got. I highly recommend this business.

Beware of ordering anything from Fit Wear Pro. I ordered the military jacket, and the quality was abysmal for the price of $64. It seems like everything they sell is cheap, and I suspect it’s all made in China. If you want quality, don’t buy from Fit Wear Pro. You’ll get a cheap product at a high price.

I placed an order for a customized Military hat. The hats shown on their website look really good so I placed the order. I corresponded with them on the layout of patches, branch of service everything. I finally received my hat in roughly two weeks. When I open package the lettering and patches were exceptional, the hat itself is terrible cheap shiny plastic, no cotton any where. It is just a terrible product.
I hope this company will refund me my money back. If not, buyers be ware.

Placed my order on April 30. Paid extra for express shipping. While I understand the order is supposed to take 5 to 10 days to be made, I feel that the communication has been poor on the side of Fit Wear Pro. The lack of response, combined with a phone line that ALWAYS rings busy, and the less than favorable reviews....even ones that say this is a scam site....lead me to believe that my only recourse is legal action. I just want some communication and a legitimate order tracking number
Thay way I'll know I am dealing with a legitimate company and have an idea of when to expect my order.

I purchased a pair of sneakers from Fitwearpro in November 2024 to celebrate my daughter's graduation from veterinary school. Despite paying for them, I've still not received the sneakers, and it's now April 2025. Not only that they have stopped responding buyers beware I think this is a scam.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! I thought I would be nice to get my constantly cold GF a fleeced lined personalized quilt for Valentine’s Day. I placed my order on January 24th, with the website saying it would take about 2 weeks to make. It is no February 13th and I still DO NOT have a blanket. I’ve emailed them twice and told them if I am not contacted by tonight that I was going to post negative reviews on every platform that I can. I’m also filing with the Better Business Bureau. I’m questioning if this is a real company. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP.

I ordered personalized nursing shoes first off they are cute and I received many compliments on them, I was truly surprised that they are very comfortable shoes. It was a great purchase!

The site was very easy to use I was able to personalise so many incredible details on my doona and when the doona came absolutely incredible was exactly like what was advertised, fantastic quality delivery time was good (qld Australia)

I Bought a Samsung Galaxy S22 phone case in Memory of my late Dad which I Seen an advert on Facebook I wasn't sure what too Expect to be honest I actually thought I would loose my money because I never heard of this company before but I did receive my phone case on Saturday 3rd of August I highly recommend them but if u do it can take maybe 2 or 3 weeks for shipping I did keep in touch with Fitwearpro via email small items can take a while anything bigger I think it might be longer than 3 weeks I don't know really now I have my phone case I might order something else I don't know yet only shop that does Memoral stuff. I love my phone case it made me cry. Sorry I dont know what else to say all I know I think they only work Monday too Friday don't think they reply too emails at the weekend Thank u again Just too say Fitwearpro works out in Dollars and I believe it's about £7 pounds for shipping/postage that's about it.

I LOVE everything about my shirt!! Quality is great. It makes me feel close to my Momma every time that I see it or wear my shirt! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has lost and loves someone!!

Horrible!! My first order was made incorrectly. They sent me a new one. On the back is a white film and if you can remove it it removes the picture! 100% completely unsatisfied! Will never order from this company again
