Unfortunately- Waste of money and time.
My husband, Ashley has been “doing” this course for over 4 months now. He has had 1 face to face with his tutor and 2 online chats.
My husband chased and asked for help a large number of times, received an extremely slow reply days, sometimes weeks later.
My husband has a very kind heart and doesn’t like complaining or getting anybody “in trouble”. But after spending a lot of money on this course and receiving very very little tutoring. I convinced him to contact the management team. He explained the situation, told them he he has lost all motivation now that it has taken so long (should have had his level 2 and be doing his 3 now- he is nowhere close to getting his level 2) He asked for a refund. Management apologised for the lack of support. Told him they would investigate further, offered him a new tutor. But my husband, and I don’t blame him, has had enough. So asked for a possible refund, even if it wasn’t all his money he wanted something back considering he hadn’t received anything from doing this course.
Weeks later, after even more emails from my husband (maybe coming up to 3 weeks) still no answers to whether or not he will get a refund.
It’s really upsetting as he was really motivated to begin with.
