I recently had a large unit fitted in my small Living room/kitchen. I looked around at possible companies to choose from. I decided on Fittingly, and I am so glad I did. The undertaking seemed huge to me, and I was dreading the whole process. I need not have worried.
From design to final installation, the Fittingly staff were professional, supportive, kind, and good-humoured. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't meet the original installation date, so without any problem, another date was set to suit my needs. The quality of my unit is top class, and it looks beautiful. I would like to thank everyone involved. Sophia, the brilliant designer, Lauren and Laura in fittings. The two guys from Sharps who delivered the parts to be assembled did so efficiently, neatly, and quickly. The guys from Clearabee who cleared the site when the job was complete. Last, I have to give special mention to the wonderful Matt, who installed the unit. He arrived on time every day. Worked quietly, methodically and efficiently. He knew exactly what he was doing at every stage, and if a minor issue arose, he found a way around it. A true professional. At the end of each day, he left the room spotless, having vacuumed it and put all the furniture in place, showing great respect for my property. On top of all that, he was a pleasure to have around. So thank you all involved with Fittingly for making it possible for me to have such a beautiful piece of furniture in my home. It has exceeded my expectations.

Overall, the end product is great but took ages to get there. You need lots of patience and space to store materials and constant chasing but they got there in the end.

Much like all the other terrible reviews for Fittingly (Part of Sharps) on here, we took delivery of our flat unpacked items on 26th January and are into week 14 of utter stress, disbelief, wondering if we will ever get out of this nightmare situation. We were scheduled for a four day fit and have been plagued with damaged items, wrong items, items that don't line up with big gaps. Our last replacement order arrived on March 10th, having had a Field Installation Manager measure and assess what was needed. Nobody was available until this past Monday, some 47 days later, to come and start installing the replacements, only to discover that they were made to the original specs not the second change in dimensions. There is a lot more to all of this. We have 6 pages of notes re telephone conversations and emails. Anyone placing an order should make sure they take notes of everything. Since Sharps purchased Fittingly they have been in the process of changing systems etc and it is a complete shxt show. We will provide an update as and when. We are also looking to speaking Trading Standards/Citizens Advice/BBC Watchdog/Pursuing refund through the Credit Card Company. We spent just shy of 9K and we have a bedroom full of incomplete furniture and a garage full of junk that we don't know what to do with.
(Please note we submitted a 5 star review in November when we had our planning appointment with Laura. What we have experienced since then is the complete opposite. We have been duped).
May 10th. Since posting the above review we have discovered that despite being assured our replacement, replacement, replacement panels would go into production later that afternoon (27/4/26) they did not actually go into manufacture. Fittingly (Part of Sharps) did reach out and assured us once again that they would endeavour to get our install finished. A fitter was scheduled for the 11/5/26 and the replacement panels should be with us at the latest the morning of the 11th. We received an email on 9th May to say the panels were stuck in quality.
WE FEEL DUTY BOUND TO WARN EVERYONE NOT TO USE FITTINGLY (Part of Sharps). It is apparent that Fittingly (Part of Sharps) are still taking orders and operating as a business. They are without a system to address problems in a timely manner. In placing an order with Fittingly (Part of Sharps) you are at risk of finding yourself in the same place as us. We can't begin to work out the cost of hours spent on making calls, being on hold, returning calls, writing emails, cancelling arrangements, etc. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

My order was placed in mid-February and installed on March 22nd, and from day one, it was clear the project was nowhere near complete.
A huge number of parts were missing, incorrect, or damaged, and the wardrobes were left unfinished.
Most importantly, several doors and drawers are completely missing, along with finishing panels, leaving the units exposed and unusable.
The installer left with: Missing doors and finishing elements, Sections that could not be completed, Damaged components , and a large amount of rubbish that I had to clear myself. On top of that, none of the internal wardrobe lights work, which should have been tested and completed at installation.
I live in a small flat, and since March 22nd my home has effectively been turned into a storage area for their unfinished job. I have loose parts, extra panels, and packaging everywhere, making it difficult to even move around properly. There is simply no space to store all of this.
I was told the missing parts would take around two weeks to arrive. That was on March 22nd. Today is May 4th, and I still have: No confirmed delivery date No installation date, No clear communication. Meanwhile, I have guests arriving soon, and my home is still in a completely unacceptable state.
Looking at the quality: Poor alignment between doors, visible gaps and uneven finishes, exposed unfinished edges, and damaged corners straight out of installation.
At this point, the situation is disappointing and incredibly stressful. I really don’t understand how a company can leave a project in this condition for over a month with no resolution. I should have trusted the reviews. I don’t know why I thought my experience would be different.
Avoid this company.
Edit (18th May): absolutely nothing has changed since my original review. My flat is still full of unfinished furniture parts, rubble, packaging and exposed units, and Fittingly continue to ignore my emails and calls. They replied publicly to this review saying they would take action, but in reality nothing has been resolved and I still cannot get a clear completion date for my wardrobes.
In a few days it will have been almost 3 months of living in chaos because of this project, with no accountability, no proper communication, and no urgency from the company whatsoever. At this stage I am seriously considering taking legal action.

Reviewing recent install of fitted wardrobes in a room with sloped ceiling. I am so happy with everything, from the initial quote call to fitting day - everyone has exceeded my expectations. Office staff were very thorough and guided me through the process professionally, delivery staff were friendly and careful. Craig our fitter was excellent, very skilled did an amazing job and was so polite and friendly - fantastic in every way.

So impressed with Fittingly from start to finish . I was a bit dubious at first as so much cheaper than Sharps . Top quality attention to detail . Delivery on time delivered straight to the room . Installation no issues very professional. I wouid Highly recommend

The whole process was really straight forward and simple. The initial designer (Helen) came up with some great ideas and concepts which have proven very useful. The delivery guys worked their butts off carrying everything in - we had all 4 bedrooms done! I opted for self built and managed to get everything installed over 2 weekends with the help of a friend. All said and done I can’t knock the product, service or price. Don’t be put off reading other reviews on here, some people just love a moan! We were recommended through our friends who also had a very positive experience. Well done Fittingly 👏👏👏

I was supposed to have units for 2 rooms installed 8 months ago. This has still not happened with late deliveries, faulty units and installers who repeatedly have not shown up. Of course they have taken full payment months before the installation was supposed to take place but nothing has happened. They keep apologising and rescheduling but the fitter doesn't show and they are not offering any compensation or any reasons as to why this is happening. I am appalled that they have gotten away for this long with such poor customer service, but this obviously now needs to go to the Ombudsman as I am just not getting anywhere with them and there just doesn't seem to be any accountability!

As soon as you pay it is completely downhill from there. It has been over 2 months since my wardrobes were meant to be fitted. I had planks of wood sitting in my front room for 2 weeks as the first fitter refused to take them upstairs and left them there. My bedroom has half fitted wardrobes with pieces of wood all over the floor. I have to keep calling them as communication seems to have stopped and even the fitter said that the service is terrible. They were not made as per design and they want to just fob me off. Its genuinely not worth the hassle. They were not cheap, I wish I got a carpenter to fit and make them. what is fitted has chips which at this point I am past caring. This has been the worst experience

Despite a few minor issues we are overall very pleased with Fittingly. We had an under stair storage system supplied and fitted by Fittingly a year ago and I’m very pleased with it. The design process was straightforward and I was confident in the measuring process after seeing it work- I’d been a bit sceptical about using doing the measuring. It arrived on time and the pieces were all fine. The original person sent to fit it wasn’t good however another was arranged who was great and did a really good job. A year on and it’s looking good and we have had no problems. Yes, I would use them again.

bad experience with fittingly on everything after I paid the balance:
1. There is a panel gap when they delivered, which was not showing or mentioning on the design;
2. More than 7 panels delivered damaged;
3. installer and me reported to fittingly on 12th Mar, saying replacement panels needed, then I started chasing them every 2 to 3 days, they didn't place any order to their factory till 24th Mar, I don't know where the hold up coming from.
4. Today is 20th Apr, I am still chasing them for a date when new panel can be delivered, customer service is completely useless, can't provide an estimate date at all.

Fittingly did a brilliant job on our media wall – clean finish, high quality, and everything supplied and installed exactly as promised.
Special mention to Helen, the designer, who absolutely nailed the vision and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Terrible service. The wardrobe panels arrived damage (they have a carbon neutral policy and therefore the doors are not packaged). The company has not responded to any emails and when i call them, they only state the issue is sat with a "supervisor". I am currently reclaiming my money through my credit card company. DO NOT USE.

I've had a pretty bad expereince with Fittingly so far. Very poor quality control. Backing put on the wrong side so MDF shows and draws were not drilled properly so fitter could only fit 2 out of 8 draws. 5 weeks later still waiting to hear when the probelm will be resolved.
The product delivered was a poor qulity with some marked and scuffed finished as well as rough edge cuts.
I would recommend using another company. Not worth the dissapointment and hassle of getting issues resolved.

Complete dodgy practices. Mis sold an item claiming it would be the same as sharps. Delivered a completely different product and have so far not Corrected the issue, or supply a refund despite several requests. Do not trust these people. Dealing with this issue since 12th March. A room in my home is unusable with unsafe unboxed wood everywhere for the past month. Despite my telling them the items pose a danger to a 4 year old. No one with authority available to resolve. A string of customer service emails. Stating they will resolve ASAP but no actual action. Would love the company to do the responsible thing having pocketed the full payment over a months ago !

**Do not use this company**
The company is very communicative during order process but as soon as you pay you will hear NOTHING from them. Once the wardrobe we ordered was finally ready for delivery we received an email to organise a fitter. This was rearranged once before materials were delivered, fine.
Once materials were delivered (taking up an entire room in my house) the installation was supposed to happen 3 days later.
The fitter has rearranged and cancelled on 10 separate days now spanning almost a month. Excuses range from sickness, needing to return van to depot, family issues, too late to come over now etc.
The company has repeatedly failed to get back in touch with me regarding the complaint and I am stuck with materials clogging up my house and no sign of when we will, if ever, get the wardrobe built.
The product was not cheap and now we are left feeling scammed by the company without a clear sign of how we can move forward as they do not reply and have zero customer service support available.

5 stars because of the fitter. However, 4 stars for fittingly overall because some pieces were missing from the delivery.
We had custom cabinets fitted in our living space (similar to a media wall style), the whole experience was excellent overall. The ordering and delivery process was very smooth. Sharp’s vans arrived with everything, and all the products were high quality.
There was one piece missing from the delivery, but our fitter, Jason Handlesman, spotted it straight away and arranged for it to be ordered.
Jason was outstanding throughout. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage, and he approached the job with real care and attention to detail. He worked efficiently while still ensuring everything was completed to a very high standard.
The final result looks fantastic.
Jason also kept the house clean and tidy throughout, which made a big difference.
We’re extremely pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason and fittingly. Thank you so much!

Both fitters were very professional explained the process and were very tidy. The finished article is excellent.
