Not comfortable at the gym...
I wanted to get the body pump set since I am not comfortable using the gym these days. When I first looked into FitSupplies it was out of stock, however when I was notified by email that it did come back in stock (I think I waited around 10 day) I ordered it immediately and the order came within the next working day. The quality of the weights, the mat and the stepper is exactly as you would find in the gym. I am really enjoying using the body pump set. FitSupplies are of excellent quality and their customer service is brilliant. Thank you!

I ordered a pair of dumbbells - you sent me one - and little help to fix it
I ordered a pair of dumbbells - a single dumbbell was delivered. When I contacted you I was asked for a photo of the packaging - which is pretty random considering I had to open the package to discover only one dumbbell. I can of course send a picture of an open box and 1 dumbbell but you are absolutely missing the point - I need another dumbbell, or my money back.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Please accept my sincerest apologies if you have been dissatisfied with your dealings with us, I am very sorry that you felt the circumstances surrounding your order warranted a review of this nature.
Upon dispatch, items are weighted by ourselves. Items are also weighed again within the couriers network as they transit through their hubs. We have reviewed the results of both of these weighings and can see that, on both occasions, the weight reflects a pair of dumbbells within the box.
As such, when we responded to your email, we explained this and asked that you send us some pictures of the packaging for this item. We told you that these images were necessary, as we could compare the packaging to the CCTV images captured at dispatch and establish if it had either been tampered with, or if any damage was present which indicated that a dumbbell could have fallen out during transit.
Of course, we are more than happy to arrange a replacement dumbbell for you, however prior to this we will need to establish exactly what has gone on, hence our requirement for the images we have requested. I hope that the above helps you to better understand the situation.

I can see that you originally messaged us stating that one of the balls you had received was slightly deflated in comparison to the other. We responded swiftly, stating that we would get a replacement ball sent out.
It was at this point which you requested a ball of a differing weight, which as they are sold as pairs, we advised would unfortunately not be possible unless the pair you had initially ordered were returned.

Get a new courier...
FitSupplies delivered the right product as promised, so can't complain there...
Courier left the packages in the driveway in torrential rain. By the time I got home the cardboard boxes had literally disintegrated and there was a significant amount of water inside the packages and on the bar and weights - all needed to be dried off. Not ideal for a present!
I can only assume the weights were too heavy for the local kids to bother with...
If all you care about is the product being delivered on the right day then these guys are fine in my experience. My abiding memory of this purchase however will be the mess of the packaging on my driveway and having to clean/mop up afterwards...
Appreciate the answer for FitSupplies, however....: its a bit contradictory to say that the packages were left in a safe place and then suggest that they had been moved by a 3rd party, and the location the boxes were left in (side of my porch) was open to the same weather conditions which caused the damage to the packaging...

I have looked into the circumstances surrounding this delivery and can see that it was made at 18:47 in the evening. When no answer was available at the door of your property, the couriers left all 3 parcels from this delivery tucked safely into the corner of your porch area and took a photograph of them here in this location. As such, the fact that you returned home to find these parcels exposed in the middle of your driveway means that, between them having been delivered and you arriving home, they must have been movd to this position by a third party.
I can only appologise that this subsequently lead to them being left entirely open to the elements, resulting in the packaging disintegrating, but can assure you that our couriers would never leave parcels unless they were in a safe and sheltered area.
Regardless, as a gesture of our goodwill and to go some way towards trying to make things right, I have added a 10% discount to your account with us for redemption against a future purchase.
