It seems that this company only respond to you if you say something nice about them. They don't respond if there is an issue with the product you purchased and want a refund.
KEEP AWAY FROM PURCHSING ANYTHING FROM FITSPROMAG.
I requested a refund as the top purchased was very small and pixelated, and nothing like the picture online. I was told to return the item in good condition(which I did). Their response was to just return it back to me, with no reason why.
KEEP AWAY from FITSPROMAG, CHINA.
They are not interested in their customers or providing good service.
Started communications with them 27 Feb 2025, and on going till today. Their response NOTHING!!!!!!

This is the biggest scam ever! I spent $200.00 I’ve gained weight! I called and asked for my money back. They said please give it six weeks three weeks later. I’ve gained another 10 pounds. This thing is a lie big big lie you’re not gonna lose any weight taking two pills that does nothing. These people should go to jail for lying and taking peoples hard earned money! Don’t let the woman on the video fool you she’s a big fat liar! I have four bottles left. I would take a picture of them, but I don’t see any way to do it. It’s a scam. Please do not buy save your money.

I received my order, one item is defective, others do not fit at all dispite my measurements as instructed. Have contacted them half a dozen times on instructions to return, no response and that was a week ago. Web site says they contact you in about 24 hours, they love to take your money but if you have an issue you are out of luck. Extemely angry with this company. Horrible customer service. Never again.

My jumping rope broke after one use. I sent u guys an Instagram DM and you were SO quick in response and SO kind! I seriousely never have experienced such a kind and quick customer care. Enjoying my elastic bands in the mean time untill the new rope arrives and DEFINITELY going to purchase some fitness clothing in the future! Big fan of FITTSPO! Love from the Netherlands!

The rope is soooo nice and professional. Its so funny so jump with it. Actually the shipment was really fast. I love it and reccomend it.
