Very poor Service at Fitronics
Fitronics do not have telephone for staff you can only talk to the sales person!
Fitronic advise during the sales pitch that the process is easy and they will ensure all is in order before you go live pft.
We had major frustation during the onboarding between fitronics and a well known payment provider again because their tech team cannot call the onboarding tech. This was how the payment provider advised the process should go!
The communication with fitronics was very poor either a lack of response, ignoring questions, or just not understanding what the questions was. I would definitely advise Companies to look for alternative.
