I ordered a window cover back in October 2025. We installed it on our travel trailer. On our third camping trip with the window cover on, we lost it on our way home. I contacted Cody through an email. When he replied to me, he assured me that he would replace it at no cost when they received their stronger magnets. I wasn't holding my breath. Especially after reading reviews, and hearing what happened with the other co-owners of the company. I received a couple more emails, updating me with the progress. I received a new cover, shortly after. I am very impressed with Cody, and Fit Protection, for following through, standing by their word, and taking care of the customers. Your company will thrive and grow, if you continue these practices.

The cover is well made and Cody kept his word to make our cover after the former owners ripped us off. We haven’t been out on the road with it yet, but hopefully it works as it should. I’ll update after our next trip. Thanks again Cody and crew

I’m withholding a 5-star until the product is tested. This has been over a year of BS from the previous group that defrauded me and many others. True to his word, Cody and the new organization (who were investors that were defrauded) cleaned up the mess and fulfilled the order. They have been very transparent and forthcoming about the actions taken against the previous group, and fulfilling the order. I had zero faith until I received the package. The product appears to be of good quality and am excited to install. Thanks Cody and team, your effort to right the wrongs is noticed. Integrity means a lot!

My RV windshield cover flew off my camper a few weeks ago crossing a bridge and went in the lake. The reason I bought this is because it was supposed to be guaranteed not to fly off. Well, since the company changed names I have no warranty.

Told me order would be sent in a week. Then they had delays and kept pushing the date. Eventually moved campgrounds and they were quick to update the new address but the item was never sent. Wasted over $400 +

Do NOT order from Fit protection. We returned our windshield protector, unopened and asked for a refund….they still haven’t sent us that refund and that was in September 2025. There is no phone number to contact them, and they are ignoring our emails. Do NOT waste your money!

I ordered a cover In Nov 2025 and gave them my CC information. They called me 10 days later and told me it would be several weeks out. I cancelled the order and received cancelled conformation from them and was told there would not be any charge on card since they did not ship it. Then out of the blue I receive a bill for the original amount 2 months later. My credit card company says there is nothing they can do because Fit Protection received my information and approval for the purchase. I have provided Barclays CC with my cancellation proof, but they say there nothing can do.

I would give zero star if I could. I’ve send multiple email to get refunds and have yet to have an answer from them. Don’t loose your money like me.
I order a cover back in August 2025. It finally got shipped end of September. However there was significant delay at border clearance (I order from Canada) due to paperwork not properly done. After battling with Ups for months, the package got returned to them in November. They kept rescheduling the delivery for months. They received the package on January 12, 2026. I send multiple emails and got absolutely no answer. This is really frustrating. Don’t do business with fit protection, you will just lose your money and time.

We bought one for our Flagstaff Microlite and we followed instructions to install. On the Interstate it stayed in place, however I wish there were a few extra magnets as I was never comfortable it could fly off as the cover pulls off very easy when you clean the windows. We campground hosted in July and left it in place the entire month, and it helped greatly to keep the camper cooler in the very hot weather. That really helps the air conditioner from working hard. Just adding some extra magnets into the cover would be great.

Started this venture in April. Now December. I am out 500.00 and nothing to show for it. It took several weeks to receive. When we did the install was not as advertised. The glow in the dark targets came off and we could not align the magnets. I set the cover back and they receied it October 1st. based on the UPS tracking. Mid December and I have not heard from them. Wish I had seen these reviews.

I wish I had found these reviews before I spent $300. Ordered in July, delivered in September but I was out of town until November when I finally opened the box and found it does not fit the windshield of my Talon. Contacted customer support on 11/17/25, sent photos per their instructions and now...nothing. They are no longer responding to my emails, there is no phone number to call them and the links to their website on their emails show the website has been taken down. Now going to dispute the charge on my credit card. Buyer beware!

I ordered and paid for a cover on July eighth and have not received it as of November fifteenth. They first said they were waiting on magnets then they sent me a UPS label, UPS never received the cover! I still show it is waiting.
I have tried communicating with them through email in which customer service said they are looking into it, then no response.
DO Not buy from this company if you value your money.

After waiting 4 months they sent the wrong cover that doesn’t fit. I have spent the last month trying to contact them by phone and email. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t respond to email, however they will run your credit card promptly

product is nice - the actual fit for size for magnets suck - customer support says not designed for parked trailers only moving down the highway - thats a bs excuse for it blowing off with crosswind parked because magnets badly placed and or not fitted correctly without any other way to attatch corners - dont spend the 300 plus unless u are showing magnets go to corners of your model - u have 30 days and alot of restictions on returning etc etc that are almost imposible to aadhere to

Terrible customer service. I have waited for over a month for a refund check. STAY AWAY, YOU'LL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Not as advertised!

The item advertised shows all magnets as the means for holding the cover to the windshield, however the item received was Velcro and magnets. This was no where in the listing or pictures. Actually, they kinda bash Velcro in their videos. It should be the consumers choice if they want velcro on the outside AND magnets on the inside of their camper. But, you can't just send something that's not as advertised and expect the consumer to be ok with it. I received a call from someone at FIT protection saying they were working on updating their website to reflect that but this is now 3 weeks later and the website is the same, and unfortunately, I wouldn't have purchased. Because I chose not to keep the item, I was told "good luck" in a snarky way, but did receive a return label. I'm now struggling to get the return. I have contested charges with my bank now but hardly hassle free returns as advertised. Really too bad. I've left a review on the website as I was asked to review but ironically it's not appearing.

Terrible company. Do not purchase from them. Ordered the product and a custom design in April 2025 for my 2025 R-POD 194 and it does not fit. They half ass their work and do not verify if these products fit. I received it in September 2025 with no design and a product that does not fit. They did not notify me about sending the product without the design so they took weeks to reimburse me. Then I returned their product at the end of September and they still have not reimbursed me (3 weeks now). ABOSOLUTE garbage of an American company. No way to write a review on their main page so who knows where the reviews are coming from.

Edit (June 2026). I see that fitprotection has responded with some kind of an apology. Regardless of who the owner is, you as the investor sat on the side lines while all this happened. You are equally as responsible and incompetent. Not wasting time or money purchasing your product.

Do NOT, I repeat, do not order any products from FitProtection! Any company that doesn't have a phone number customer service isn't to be trusted. Ordered on July 26th and am still waiting for the product. Magnet delay is just BS, no company that is legit would keep a customer waiting this long(and keep the money). Still trying to dispute the transaction with my bank, DON'T give them your business.

The cover does not fit as described. Customer Service is useless, they use online specs to make there products fit...however, the window size is not the dimensions of where the magnets should be placed. $500 later i am customizing my own cover. I wouldn't give them any money. You can make your own for much much cheaper. Young scammed punks

I ordered one of their covers for my Flagstaff trailer. I ordered the cover around February and didn't receive it until mid August. They never communicated any delay and when I reached out to them they sent out a video stating why the delay and their magnets coming from China were delayed. Almost cancelled the order (though they may have been even harder to do then wait). After receiving the cover; it had loose material and seemed to lack craftmanship. I took pictures and emailed them my concerns. No response. After waiting 2 weeks for a response I emailed them again with the same questions and also asked about max speed of trailer and cover usage. Again no response. Waited another 2 weeks and still no response (ghosting). They have no phone number to call and they don't answer emails. Once they have your money you are on your own. The idea of this cover is good, but the company is bad. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. They have zero customer service and have no intention of following through with helping anyone who buys from them. DO NOT BUY FROM FIT PROTECTION.
