I am a retired combat vet that has gain a lot of weight. I have been trying to get my elliptical fixed for a whole year. After contacting Fitness Parts warehouse, They was able to get the part out to me with in 3 days. Now I can get back in shape. Thank you so much for your assistance in getting my issue resolved.

The part came when they said it would be here, Quick service.

When ordering a part online, my order wouldn’t go through after several attempts. Called them directly and spoke with a friendly customer service representative. He looked into it, solved the problem and got my order out promptly. Excellent customer service and products.

We matched the part number on your site and when the product was delivered it was the wrong size. I emailed customer service to get approval to return and I got an out of office reply. I simply want to return and get the correct size of walking belt.

It’s good that they’re likely the only game in town! Not only do they overcharge on parts, the calls are ridiculously expensive. And, on top of that, their billing is NOT forthright and once you have paid for their services, they send you another bill! Absolutely the worst customer service and billing department I’ve ever done business with, and that includes the IRS and Department of Education. If you can make it through with buying your own parts and installing them yourself … do it! Stay clear from these con artists.

Replacement part for our treatment worked out. Glad they have inventory for our type of treadmill.

I want to thank Chris for personally taking his time to identify the actual part that I needed refund me for the wrong part that I ordered and solve my problem. I truly appreciate you going out of your way and helping me get the part that I needed to fix my wife’s treadmill. The new part has been installed and the treadmill is working properly again. I will only use your company for my personal and work treadmill needs in the future

Sold a part that they didn’t have in stock and didn’t notify me. I had to reach out to them before I found out the part was on back order.

The part I ordered shipped really quick and fixed my broken NordicTrack bike.

We have been having a hard time trying to find a part for our exercise bicycle. Literally there was nowhere in the USA that I could find the exact part. Someone recommended me to To Go. Fitness parts warehouse. We did. With the model number of our bicycle we were able to search. Find the part look it fits place the order and get it in less than a week. We were completely astonished on the speed, but more importantly completeness of their webpage. I definitely recommend this place before trying to go somewhere else outside the USA. One more thing, the customer service is excellent has had to reach out to them.

The parts warehouse was the cheapest anywhere when I ordered an axle for my stationary bike.Their ordering was easy and shipment was quick to arrive.will definitely order from them again.thank you.

It's great to be alive in 2026. I was missing two bolts from my 8 year old treadmill and 48 hours later they were in my hand with the washers for less than$10.

Ordered a new drive belt for elliptical machine..over a month later I still don’t have the part…so nothing to review. Ultimately just really disappointed they can’t ‘deliver’ on their services.

On 2/25/26 I made a purchase of a poster that’s shows the workouts that can be done on a specific machine. I got the confirmation e-mail, and waited. After 18 days (3/15/26) of not hearing anything I sent an e-mail inquiring about the item, and the next day was told it would be looked into. This is all fine, but then I was sent an e-mail asking me to review my purchase, and still haven’t heard anything, so this is my review of the item.

I ordered the part on Feb 18th it is now March 9th and still have not received the part or heard anything from the company.

I ordered a wire harness for a treadmill. Order being processes on 2/16/26. I was billed on 2/16 as well. Today is 3/4/26. I have not received anything so far except an email asking me to review my experience. I have sent several emails and all I get is that it is being processed and no accurate date can be given when it will be shipped.
