Item arrived from Spain via DHL to Ireland the next day 1pm. The Item was in perfect working order, and in the original sealed box. No issues at all. I was also notified via txt of all stages of delivery.

Bought 2x adjustable Powerblock Dumbbell. Saw a lot of poor reviews but still decided to give it a go as it's just dumbbell, not much could go wrong. Placed the order on the 20th July, was written on website it will take approx 10-12 days for delivery. Received the order today on the 26th July, which is only 6 days after order placed. Item as described, well packaged. Delivery man rang 5minutes before arriving. Good experience here.

Nightmare experience, running deck broke in two after a month of use nearly seriously injuring myself, warranty service telling me it will be months before they can fix it. I was offered tiny refund weeks ago for trouble but never received it and my emails are now being ignored. I now have a 2800 euro machine I can't use and being completely ignored. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

Nightmare!exercise bike bought 4.04 ,digital monitor not working ...sent them few emails ang got answer they will come back to me ...after few weeks paypal case opened but they even didn't try to solve the problem.Paypal case closed,hope l will get my money back...

Was worried about my order after reading the reviews Ordered a tredmill came in 13 day perfect condition and delivery driver was really nice. I emailed customer service the Friday it was supposed to arrive they responded first thing Monday morning but it had arrived at this stage . No issues with anything and the mat I ordered arrive with it too . Cheaper price for a nordic tredmill than other websites I checked. Very happy with the purchase Would recommend

I ordered three products from the Irish Fitness Digital website on 18/02/21. The maximum delivery stated at the time was 9 working days which would have made the delivery due at the latest on the 01/03/21. It is now well over a month since Ive ordered and the packages were only delivered today. There are two items actually missing from the boxes. There is 1 x 5kg cast iron weight plate and 1 x 1.25kg cast iron weight plate. I am very disappointed to say the least. Ive been waiting well over a month for this when I was originally advised a maximum of 9 working days and have been in contact with them numerous times of which I haven't always received a reply and now I receive the packages damaged with missing weights. This is completely unacceptable. Fitness Digital don't seem to be responding to my multiple forms of contact. I would avoid this company at all costs unless you want damaged or unfufilled deliveries with a nearly non existent customer service to contact weeks after your delivery was actually due. Honestly the most unprofessional online company I've ever had to deal with, a disgrace to put it lightly.

See my original review hereunder...FitnessDigital have just this morn replied on trust pilot to say they have gotten in touch with me THIS IS NOT TRUE...why on earth bother to say this for the simple reason to 'appear to be helping your customers' absolute Sham of a company and should be looked into will be doing so.

On reading the many poor reviews I see I am in the same boat and here we go again another faulty Rowing Machine. Literally assembling the Rower and the rope which is the main component just snapped. Emailed and emailed Digital fitness in this regard and have not received any reply todate. Zero Customer Service Zero Company Courtesy and obviously at this stage will have Zero Warranty. Absolutely disgraceful and incompetent, Companies like this should not be operating in today's world totally unacceptable. I will await digitals fitness reply now, judging by its previous replies on this forum, which no doubt will be about some 'Nonsense' Brexit Problems causing delays!. This Company should be investigated.

Worst experience ever. I order a rower in Mid February and it had a faulty part. Emailed the customer care email address to be told it would be 14 weeks for a replacement part. I asked for the rower to be removed and a full refund of my money. The faulty rower is still sitting in a box in my hallway and I have not received my money back. Fitness Digital won't refund until Icon who makes the rower collects it and gives them a credit note which is something which should not affect the customer and should be sorted out between the companies separately.

I am so disappointed with this company they sent me out a damaged rowing machine on the 1st of February and its still here in my hall waiting to be picked up, i am sick of emailing and contacting them and they were surposed to be contacted me this week for a pick up after I kept ringing and asking the manufacturer, but fitness digital has not been in touch with me to sort this issue out which they were surposed to be, i am still waiting!!!

I previously had problems with delivery and unsatisfactory service from this business regarding my order, of which part of was delivered on a different day. However after contacting customer service about the issue - fitnessdigital.ie directly, as they have different domains I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and efficiently my issue was resolved. Despite past experience I have to credit customer service and the efficiency of it after a concern was raised. As long as you keep in mind delivery delays and are patient, and make sure to contact the right domain from your country then ordering from this business should be just fine. Again, amazing customer service.

I ordered an Olympic 140kg weight set and 20kg bar on the 12/01/21
Yet I only received the 20kg bar and was speaking to the courier who delivered the bar and they said that they didn’t receive any weights and I can’t get a phone number to call fitnessdigital
Must say that fitnessdigital are very slow with orders and I’m starting to wonder will my weights come at all

Bought an spinning bike to use during lock down on delivery the peddle was not screwing into the crank shaft a simple part €6 but a specialist job and tools needed to fit in 2 weeks waiting on a technical team to make contact I’ll be sending bike back and looking for a refund if not sorted ASAP it’s ridiculous after sale service no one to call etc like all the other reviews they seem to have issues with bike peddles sorry I have not bough locally less issues when something goes wrong €500 to use a spinning bike as gyms are closed and it’s sitting in my sittting room 2 weeks since delivery I’ll do a charge back on my credit card if it’s not sorted and they can have their bike back really annoyed should they want this review edited perhaps sort my bike it’s all I want and should they want to talk to me id call me if they had a phone number

Ordered crosstrainer for 449e at7th of January, still didnt get my order and no one reply for my emails. Never order again from that website 😡🤬😡

Received exercise bike and was going well until the right pedal came off while bike was in use. Contacted customer service and they replied straight away. Query was referred to tech team. Have tried contacting customer service again multiple times on the 2 email addresses over the last week with no reply. Very disappointing service.

I have very good experience with this company. There were problem with the UPS and I contacted with customer service and they sorted out very quick. No problem with the product as well. Highly recommended!

Ordered a nordictrack crosstrainer before Christmas arrived on time great experience dealing with fittnessDigital as yet crosstrainer unopened as I’m moving house so will update when opened and used

I ordered on the 29th of December the Tunturi Vinyl Barbell/Dumbbell Set 50Kg because the gyms in Ireland were closing for at least 1 month. Received tracking number in email and could check where it was. I received it today 8th Jan and everything was as it should have been. Cheap as well compared to other similar equipment on other sites. Note that this was ordered off their .ie site but this page has more reviews. Given that everybody is buying online this is a very positive experience.

Ordered Olympic ez bar arrived after 2wks package was battered bar was ordered black to avoid rust in near future was scratched to bits looked like someone was dragging it along the ground for miles pathetic courier service plz save your money unless you want a second hand product and charged for brand new.
