If I could give no stars I would!!! Complete scam. They took £42 out of my bank account and wouldn’t refund me!! After so many emails back and for I eventually managed to get my refund only because I threatened to go to trading standards. So a little advice to anyone who’s been caught out like myself, send a quick email to them saying your going to trading standards due to the scam they run and you’ll quickly get a confirmation of refund as a reply.
