Company that doesn't respect data protection and steals from users
A few days ago I received an email indicating that in order to receive an order for shoes made online I had to pay an additional €2 for shipping costs.
When paying them, I find a charge in my bank account of €2 (as usual), even if I never received a confirmation email of the payment made, and after three days another charge of €49. When I contacted with Fitfityoga company to ask about the charge and to request the refund of the €49, they tell me that it is not possible because I have passed the three-day trial period of their platform and that they can't tell me where they got my data from (use of data in an illegal way, violating the data protection law of the European Union) because they are a third company to which my data was transferred.
After several messages and request for reimbursement, they tell me that they are going to cancel my subscription, which I have not requested or authorized in any moment, so that in future months I will not be charged again, but that they can't return the amount that they have stolen from me following the company policy.
Run away from this company if you don't want to be scammed and give you lousy customer service.
