Does anyone know how to contact them? I tried to cancel the subscription, but it doesn't work - definitely a scam! Any ideas how to stop this subscription?

Be careful! They tell you you have a discount from $39.99 to around $1.99 for subscription so you buy it. But in reality, this is just a 7-day trial after which you will be charged the $39.99. There is no cancel subscription button and to be honest I still haven't found the procedure how to cancel it.
Then, they tell you everything was legal, and according to the rules and it's your fault you didn't see the information. But the information was hidden.

All of the comments are accurate. Zero clear charging information and now I’ve paid for 2 months which I didn’t want. Stay away from these people. Hadew fitness and Agileray are the same people 😡

They had an offer for $1.99, you sign up and you have to read the fine print to find out that YOU HAVE SIGNED UP for a subscription and they will get Euro 38.58 each month from your card. STAY AWAY!

They charged after 17 days more than 40 dollars
They said that this is 1.99 dolar one time fees, but in 17 days they charged more than 39.99 dollars without any information or any prior knowledge.
Don't purchase it's ilegal deal

i took trial period for 7 day on 1.99 USD. suddenly after 7 days they charged 39.99 USD. I was shocked. Instantly I emailed them to refund the money and cancel subscripts as in their terms and condition it is said that if anyone cancel the subscription within 30 days, they will refund the money. They promptly responded to it and send me email that they have cancelled the subscription and made the refund, and my card's statement will not show the purchase in the statement. the process will take 5-7 days according to the bank policy. I hope it happens.

The same problem for me guys, I got caught with their promise of 1.99 dollars and now they don't answer to unsubscribe request. Had already blocked internet payments at my bank account. Terrified.

This company is a scam. I was charged $1.99 on the 26th of January for subscription and there was no where on the website that additional fee of $39.99 was going to be charged again. As if charging me $39.99 on the 2nd of February was not enough, my account was charged $39.99 again on the 8th of February. This is crazy. Pls beware of agileray, fitcalculator, etc. These are all scammers.

I've identified this site as a network of scam websites tricking people into recurrent paid subscriptions. Hadew, Fitculator, Agileray-fitness... at least 3 of the same scam.

It's a scam, as soon as you push pay it says payment declined but they still charge double the amount they told they charge. It's impossible to contact them, they don't reply and delete comments on Facebook.

I signed up to their 7 day free trial. I tried to cancel via phone using their number on the bottom of their welcome email. I could not get through all day. I later emailed them and asked them to confirm receipt of my cancellation, which they did. However, I was cancelling on day 6 as I was entitled to according to the disclaimer. In the return email they advised me that the first installment had been deducted ahead of time. Completely unlawful. Please stay well away from them - their content isn't that helpful either.

Scam. I only paid for this app because they advertised it as 1.99 one-off payment. Nowhere on their page do they highlight it as a subscription. Now, they are taking unauthorised payments from my card despite contacting their company to reverse this payment. AVOID THIS APP. Also, this better be the last time I see your transaction from my bank. You changing your merchant name will not help you hide which company you are. I will find you and I'm going to report your scamming ass.

I have no idea how they got my details but i only found out they were taking money out from my bank statements. Over $150!
I have no emails from them what-so-ever. No meal plans, bonus's, invoices, receipts, login details .... These people are scammers & thieves.
Do not go anywhere near them
