Good set up but videos vs. descriptions is necessary to get the techniques right.

The description of each work out is not very clear. You have to understand that not all of your clients are Americans or English natives. It would be more helpful to have a picture or an illustration for each exercise

I, like some other people reviewing, find it very difficult to cancel the ( unwanted) subscription. It is not do-able under ”manage my subscription” , which you state.
Either there’s a lack of competence ( in guiding clients to cancel subscriptions)!, but more likely a lack of business ethics. You also charged me twice for the trying period, and haven’t yet answered my mail as to why.

I want to cancel all of your products. I paid for the nutrition plan but I did not order it.

I signed up for ti-chi walking, but twicked my back in the process... didn't get much out of the first lesson.

The exercises are great! I only wanted to do the exercises and not the foodapp 🤷♀️
But have to pay for it.

I can not understand most of what the instructor says. Therefore the program is worthless to me

I liked the consistency on one hand, but a strong accent on one muscle area makes this area to feel miserable for a few days after. I could not walk right after the second day training. I had so bad muscle pain 3 days after that I had to brake the routine

Just starting out. Bit hard to understand and take it all in.

This is not for me.. please tell me how to cancel.. I can't figure it out..

The exercises are long and boring!! Plus there are no images to see the exercise so you can understand it correctly.

Would be good to have a visual of the exercise so you know if you are doing it correctly

The app is not working correct.Excersises are very simple.it didn’t consider that I am vegetarian ,even I mentioned it .

The excercises were relatively easy and I could do most of them. Some of the leg ones I struggled with but they will improve over time. My legs are the weakest part of my body due to varicous veins and surgery. I just took it easy and took my time with them. Overall it was motivating and fun with the background music.

At start seemed ok but with my medical visual issues find hard to focus and follow. Is a good idea to use if you visually better, but for myself is harder. Best wishes to those able to use.
I will cancel membership and hopefully get refund

I was expecting a 10-minute tai chi based exercise program that was printable - as per the advertising. I wasn't expecting a 24 minute lesson on how to do three types of circles.
Having said that, the instructor was very good for those with no tai chi experience but I found it too basic as I have a basic grounding in tai chi.
I was annoyed that the pdf's were not exercises - I even opted out of your diet 'extra' and I can research articles when I choose.

I don't like the way the workout plan is. you have to click for each different set on the phone.
It should be continuous.
Also There is no proper guidance before the start of workout.
The plan just shoots out a guide for diet not asking in advance if you're a vegetarian or not.
I am not happy at all
