Really good hooks, after having had carpal tunnel surgery to both hands, my grip has been compromised on the heavier lifts, such as deadlifts and shrugs. Theses hooks have enabled me to continue lifting heavy, the hooks are just the right curve to hold steady and the ladies ones are perfect size for me. Great quality and good service ☺️

Absolutely love my sets from fit tech! I ordered a few colours and have been blown away by the quality, I usually wear lululemon and these are similar yet so much more affordable. I have had so many compliments on how the leggings fit, I have worn them for all different work outs and they’re just perfect. They are butter soft and I love the material and feel. Looking forward to buying more!

I'm really happy with the Power Hooks - they're an absolute game changer! They've made it so much easier to lift heavier weights without worrying about my grip, which means I can focus more on my form. Delivery was super fast, and communication was excellent throughout. The bonus workout was also a great surprise and really appreciated.

Wow, so often the promises of a products performance are over blown, but not these womens power hooks! Having badly fractured my right wrist many years ago, and being even more keen to maintain strength and as much bone density as possible now I'm officially a pensioner, these power straps have been invaluable. My favourite gym move is not to move, but just hang. Now I can make that 2 minutes as my grip strength no longer limits me. Highly recommend this extremely well made product for women.

My friend bought a pair and let me use them. Never in my life have I ever been able to lift 17.5kg dumbbells on each hand and do single leg Romanian deadlifts (maximum I’ve ever done was 10kg)! I bought my own set right away! I no longer have any wrist pain and can lift much heavier weights. It helps make training so much easier.

I received my wrist straps within two weeks and I have to say they are really good and very great value for money compared to Cobra wrist straps that I used previously, very happy with my purchase.

Haven't received the items I ordered yet, but I just got the shipping notification which says it is coming from China. I chose to buy from Fit Tech because they seemed to be a UK-based brand and I assumed the quality would be better than cheaper options made abroad. Quite scammy to advertise yourself as being a british brand while dropshipping your products from China...

Love the wrist hooks. It's been a great help while doing pull-ups. I'm a woman and the bars are too wide for my grip so these have been great.

I’ve bought the hooks and are really happy with them. They are easy to use and have taken my fitness to the next level. I am lifting heavier weights and not limited of my hand grib. Can recommend these if you are looking for a way to progress. Very good costumer service is an extra plus!

I own both wrist supports and Power hooks and gotta say both are just high quality excellent products. The website customer purchase experience was excellent, and customer is friendly and prompt. My only wish is that the curve on the hooks was wider to fit some of the machines at my gym.

Have used other brands in the past where they were just too big and uncomfortable, these were a perfect fit and were very comfortable 👌

Horrible delivery. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t seen my order yet.

I bought the Fit Tech Hook Grips in S already a few months ago and I absolutely love them. They fit perfectly even with small Ladie‘s writs and they make such a difference when it comes to DB RDLs or Bulgarian Split Squats. Unfortunately I lost mine in the Gym last week but here I am buying a new pair bc. I just don‘t want to miss them in my training!

I ordered the power-hooks and initially was a little sceptical about whether, or not, I would get any real benefit from them.

I was wrong they are AMAZING!

I'm a bodybuilder and have always struggled with my grip strength (I have particularly small hands).

The hooks have allowed me to confidently push up my weights. In fact, I've doubled the weight lifted when I'm using dumbbells.

The power hooks are now helping my build journey immensely.

Indeed I love them so much, I went back and ordered some for my daughter too. She is a bikini athlete, and again has very petite hands. She loves the power-hooks too!
