This store offers excellent value and a wide range of products. The customer service is also top-notch. Considering that it ships from Holland, the delivery is quite fast. I had an issue with a rod that broke on the first use, and the customer service promptly resolved it under the warranty. I highly recommend this store.

It was straight forward to order, kept up to date on shipment

Ordered a jacket that took longer than promised to arrive. The delivery then arrived and it was an empty cardboard box!
After a few emails I received a response that they had video surveillance that confirmed it was packed. Luckily, I’d kept the box and checked its weight compared to the couriers tracking details. Exactly the same - jacket had not been sent!
10 days on. Still waiting for a refund or reply to emails.
Reported to credit card company and certainly wouldn’t use this company again

Still not received my package yet after 3 weeks? Also takes a few emails and days to get a response from you?
After my experience I wish I just paid a little bit more and had my reel to go fishing

The rod was quickly despatched with a very good delivery tracking service. The product supplied was a Shimano Bolognese 5m. I have used it today for dapping flies and can state that is a first class rod. A quality build,slim and light with a nice action. I also did catch a trout!

Placed order 2 weeks ago and still waiting . Terrible service.

It took a little longer than other deliveries but more importantly one of the eyes on the rod was severely bended in .. the package was also damaged and probably mishandled by couriers. Still packaging could be better.. use a sturdy tube or much more bubble wrap.

Fast shipping great products very affordable and customer service is amazing at sorting a replacement product.

I’ve bought a few different things from fishdeal, small items and larger items and all delivered within the said time frame. I haven’t had any issues with the items bought, used often with no complaints.
However, I did have a rod go walk about
( not sure who was at fault) but a few emails later all was sorted and I received my new rod a few days later. 🙂
