Dreadful DO NOT PART WITH A PENNY !!!

Dreadful DO NOT PART WITH A PENNY !!!! Subpar service no applications whatsoever for a very sought after position. It is a complete scam, they have no intentions of getting you any applications. They offer delaying tactics, getting marketing to have a look. Honestly I have been conned !! Small business looking for help with recruitment and these sharks are soulless robbing money.

Absolutely gutted that I was stupid…

Absolutely gutted that I was stupid enough to pay these people for a service they simply did not provide. Said the advert was live although we didn't have any applicants what so ever and couldn't find our own advert! Promised a refund by 3 different people which never came to fruition.
DON'T BE STUPID LIKE I WAS! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I placed a free advert with Indeed following this and had much more success.

We advertised a job in Cambridge

We advertised a job in Cambridge, England and paid £400.00 - we had only applicants from South Africa ! Tried to speak to the sales team and it was a bit of a waste of time because they wanted to tweak the

Poor service. Poor value. Poor experience.

Was charged £460 to advertise for a junior position. It included online ad on Fish4jobs.co.uk and an optimised facebook ad campaign. Received 3 CV's of very low quality.

Put the same job advert on INDEED.co.uk and received 140 CV's for a cost of £31.25. CV's were mixed but I ended up hiring 2 people from INDEED.

Value difference speaks for itself. I will never recommend that anyone ever use Fish4jobs.

Doesn't work

Doesn't work. All I ever get is the page crashes or I get the change password screen. Utterly useless. I have tried to update my profile. but the page is unresponsive an then I get a message "Aw, Snap!
Something went wrong while displaying this web page." on Chrome and on Opera, it says "Page Crashed". How is that a good site?

Complete and utter idiots

Complete and utter idiots
Old old jobs sitting stagnating on the job board for months with unlimited expiry dates that never ever change or get refreshed. Its the same handful of jobs that nobody wants because there are no details about the hours or pay or anything.
A Job search for one profession means you wont get any relevant results in terms of the job or the area
Stop embarrassing yourselves with such poor pathetic half arsed rubbish

Worst recruitment company ever.

Posted a job after a hard sell from sales rep guaranteeing everything - delivered nothing after two weeks just 8 CV's. Money badly spent.
Quality of CV's received were appalling!

No refund offered - said our salary of £24k was to low??

unbelievably bad customer service

Having previously used totaljobs, I was hesitant to switch to another recruiter but the sales man hounded me for weeks, promised me the earth and eventually wore me down so I agreed to a 28 day posting of a previously successful ad used with others. Within a few days, I had an email from my "account manager" letting me know that she would be in touch to see how it was going. That was the last contact. I knew within the first week that this was going wrong because we'd only had one application (compared to usually around 30 in first week) so I contacted my "account manager" to ask what they could do to improve this, the answer was "I cant really suggest anything else that we could do to boost applications", but she said she'd speak to her manager and come back to me...she never did. By the end of the listing, we'd had a handful of applicants and no follow up whatsoever from Fish. They had taken my money and then forgotten about me, job done as far as they were concerned.
