Ordered several pumps. One was leaking when it arrived. No response to my emails and their online complaints system. Will not use again.

I have bought a Jebao-DMP 30;product delivered after 3 weeks, the same day I have informed this shop that it had problems (magnets did not work even if they were given for glasses up to 19 mm - mine were 15mm) and very noisy engine; too loud to be normal, you could hear that the pump wasn't working correctly. According to the shop everything was fine. I had to open the controversy on Paypal but they are so dishonest that they have given me a non-existing address to ship it back so that I couldn't ship the pump back. Now I have a non working pump and no possibility to have it replaced or be refund.Low quality prodot and scammers. Even if not so chep buy from other shops and REAL products (Jebao are bad copies of the Vortech)

Horrendous company, sent me out a faulty item, repeatedly lied about what the specifications of the product was and when I finally had to open a paypal case they refused company for the return despite sending a faulty product out.

Stammers, save your money and buy from other sites, all their items are available on alibaba and aliexpress, I would strongly recommending these instead.

The claim to have an Australian warehous and a US warehouse, so you think you are buying from you own Country, well they dont they are chinese.
They ask for a review mine was objective and I gave three stars mainly because my goods were damaged. MY REVIEW WAS NOT DISPLAYED BECAUSE THEY ONLY ACCEPT 5 STAR REVIEWS. They are not legitimate and disshonest

They lie, as another one said. If you have to return your items they don’t answer you and you don’t get your money back. The wavemakers they sell need replacing very often and stops working only after a year.

They lie. Their support is abysmal. And they never honour warranties.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a long time. And bought a lot of equipment from them. But it's safe to say that all the items that they sell are low quality and even defective. They even ship defective spare parts and then lie about it.

Have bought several items here and have absolutely no complaints. If anything is wrong with your products or you have questions they are very friendly and helpful. They should get proper translations of their manuals though. Would definitely recommend.
