A very personal and bespoke customer service, worthy of the brands being sold. I ordered a T shirt which arrived in the wrong size, which then couldn’t be exchanged due to being sold out. Understandably I expressed my disappointment and literally within minutes Dom from the team at Firuzzi contacted me personally on the number I’d provided with my delivery details. He went out his way to offer a variety of different replacements, sending photos to make sure I was happy with what I was getting.. and more than made up for the inconvenience. My new item was posted out on next day delivery and I’ve got it in time for my holiday. Thank you Dom!! Absolute gent!!

Not great ordered a jacket then heard nothing for almost 2 weeks sent multiple emails no reply then to be refunded with no explanation won’t be ordering from this company again

Ordered some Jordans over the weekend and they’ve just arrived today - very happy with the order and delivery time was decent. The 10% discount code for first-time customers was a nice touch too. Will be shopping here again soon. Nice one!

Terrible ordered over a week ago. Item sent out but not correct address so royal mail returned. Still no item, no refund and no new tracking number. Definitely will never use this company ever again.

Refunded almost a month later, no apologies, never answer the phone. They are a 2 person company as I soon found out and can not handle delivery and orders. Don't even bother with the people at all. Stuck to the bigger companies such as Labell Menswear much more professional.than these wasters.

Waited 3weeks for my item ended up getting a refund just found out now it was out of stock just don't no why it took 3 weeks to tell me that ..
