The worst front office management- ever

The worst front office management I have experienced in any industry - EVER. Emails are rarely if ever answered on time, and only if they need something from you. Ever heard of a Kindergarten that takes a €500 deposit? Good luck getting that back on time as the contract (read VERY carefully) doesn't stipulate when the money will be returned. They get away with this type of behavior because the supply of kindergartens in Heidelberg doesn't meet the demand, so they can use their appalling attitude as leverage because it's almost impossible to find another kindergarten spot for your child. I feel really bad for the teachers there, because they are actually a good group who try very hard. You just have to hold your nose and deal with a very unsavory person who obviously can't be bothered to do her job properly. You've been warned. Enroll your child at your peril.
