Or getting your comments on instagram deleted? You will love this brand then.... Ordered June 17th, 2025.. Still waiting on over half of my order. fingers crossed i get it by June 2026...
Literally worst brand I think ive ever ordered from. The material for their shirts are nice enough but not worth waiting so long. As for their shorts .... you might as well buy from Shein as its basically the same quality.
If I could give 0 I would.

Don't waste your time, order from gymshark or splurge on more expensive brands that will actually arrive.

Scam. I would not support this poorly run company. There are others that - truly - deserve our business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They drop the ball on basic business and e-commerce standards.

Estimated order times that are communicated to customers are false.

No proactive communications indicating if/when fulfillment time is being impacted.

Customer service is unsophisticated AI generated - which means nobody is reading / attending to messages - and it's a lot of templated irrelevant responses. Further escalating dissatisfaction with customers.

They are not flagging when customer inquiries are negative to re-categorize them as high priority.

In 2025, there are many athletic apparel companies that are far better quality and design that do not disappoint like First Apparel does. Please give another company your business. If were looking to support a local company - First Apparel is not it. They are local entrepreneurs that are way hustling harder and care about their customers - that I'd be more than happy to give my money to!

I ordered on April 25th, 2025, never received any items, it's October 28th as I write this. Many emails back and forth stating they're sorry for the delay etc... They won't issue a refund, I never received my clothing and their customer service rep stopped responding. Do not buy from this company.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. They don’t send any items out, communication is awful & they honestly don’t care.

I am beyond frustrated. I have ordered at least 10 pairs, and I love the fit over any other company so far. I never had a problem until now. Ever since they started doing pre-orders. I ordered $200 worth of product 4 months ago......The tracking says they accepted my money, and my order is being processed. I have emailed 9 times. NOTHING. I am furious,

Update. They emailed an apology and offered a 30 GC. They said my order is till a few weeks away, but coming.

I placed an order on June 19th and, after more than three months, I still haven’t received anything.
The company kept pushing back the delays, each time saying my items were on pre-order — something that was never mentioned anywhere when I ordered. I even made sure to avoid any “made-to-order” items, yet they later claimed that’s what caused the delay.
Every few weeks they’d promise shipments were starting, then extend the timeline again. Now they’ve completely stopped replying to my emails.
At this point, it feels dishonest and completely unprofessional. I’ve ordered from them before with no issues, but this experience has been unacceptable — zero transparency, no accountability, and no resolution after months of waiting.

Terrible company. I ordered clothes from there 5 months ago and they still have not delivered. I emailed them multiple times throughout the months and they always made excuses. After 4 months they stopped answering emails completely.

Order was delayed for months, contacted customer service multiple times, got a response two months after my emails saying backup meant my order still hadn’t shipped. Only resolutions they offered was to refund me store credit or choose different items that they could ship out right away. I emailed back asking for money back on my card weeks ago and still haven’t received a response. Would recommend never ordering from them.

This company is now committing FRAUD on the daily. The other year I ordered from them, received my product in a timely manner and loved the quality which led me to order again this spring. I have still not received my order and it’s been months. I have emailed them over and over, they do not have a phone number to call and when I tried reaching out on instagram they blocked me. If you read the below reviews as well as reviews on Reddit you will see that everyone is having the same experience. This company is now keeping everyone’s money, not shipping out orders, blocking and deleting customers comments on social media warning others….this is disgusting behaviour. I am embarrassed that this is a Canadian company I wanted to support who continues to scam innocent hardworking people like myself. BUYER BEWARE - FULL ON SCAM COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY. They do not send the purchased items and customer service does not respond to emails for refunds. It used to be a good company but now jt is a total scam.

My order was placed on May 7th for almost $200. I still haven’t gotten it, it’s been 18 weeks. I messaged them on instagram last week requesting a refund and they proceeded to offer me a ‘store credit’ which I declined and stated I wanted a refund. They never responded. I dm’d them again this morning, requesting information on my refund. Instead of responding they actually blocked me on everything. I emailed them but I likely won’t hear anything back so I guess I’m going to call my bank today and hopefully do a chargeback. So frustrating and unprofessional..

I personally really like this brand! I’m sorry to see it hasn’t gotten very many reviews! I have purchased so many items from this brand! I workout in their things ALLLLL the time they are comfortable and breathable! And I wear them for lounge wear as well! Iv I’m waiting for an order I have emailed them and they have reached back in 24hours! Nothing but great things to say I really like their clothing and I definitely think others would too!

Ordered on May 23 & they never sent my order. It is August 26th today & they blocked me on instagram for asking for a refund.

Look them up on Reddit, and you’ll understand everyone’s frustration with this company, including my own. Beyond disgusted with their business practices.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They refuse to refund me for my order and still have not shipped out 5 months later. Now conveniently the item i ordered is not available.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. It has been 16 weeks since I ordered my items and they still haven’t shipped. They have now stopped responding to emails and have started deleting my comments on instagram. Basically a scam company
