ANTON WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ARRANGING THE TICKETS FOR MY DAUGHTER AND GREAT GRANDKIDS FOR THEIR FLIGHT TO HAWAII. He was very kind and took care of all my concerns. He also emailed me all the information on the flight and tickets. I’m very impressed with his ability to get everything I needed done. Thank you so much Anton.

I have a friend traveling from Central America to Brazil round trip. The return trip routed him to Houston for a BRIEF 4 or so hour stop over. He was not clearing immigration. He was not leaving the secured area of the airport. Well, wonder of wonders, he needed $200.00 to apply for a “transit” visa?!?! 23 yrs old, steady job, college degree, and is DENIED a transit visa. $2,800.00 “non-refundable” plane tickets. I rebooked his flights and Bunny asked, as he worked, why I was rebooking. After the rebook, he asked me to hold the line. He then came back on the line and told me that because of the visa situation, they were going to approach the airline and attempt to get me a refund. That was about three weeks ago. Today, I got the phone call from him and the refund was approved. I should have it within 7 to 10 days. This was absolutely top-notch service and it did not even occur to me to ask for a refund because we all know how airlines are with an economy class ticket that’s nonrefundable. Well Bunny worked his magic and I got the money back. Cannot say enough. Definitely worth using this service. 10 stars!
