Thomas Pratchett went above and beyond for us. He submitted a mortgage application to a specialist lender for us and chased it everyday, despite his best efforts, the lender took 13 weeks and still no decision was given. Thomas didn’t give up and submitted another Application to a mainstream lender who approved our application and offered in 2 weeks! We cannot thank you enough Thomas you are a credit to First Financial. We are completing on our purchase in a couple of days! 😊. So happy and relieved!
